MKT Will focus on the communications with the EXTERNAL sector and will support the brand management operations of AIESEC. IM & COMM Will Focus on the internal communications of AIESEC, managing the channels and giving support to strategic operations of the other areas.

Internal communications (IC) is the function responsible for effective communication among the membership in AIESEC. The final goal is create more synergy and cohesion inside AIESEC members.
Effective internal communications is one of the key drivers of membership engagement and proven to add significant value to organizations on all metrics from productivity to customer research.
IC team deliver solutions in IT tools and manage the communications process and channels in the Local entities according to their realities.
Internal promotion
With the correct manage of the communication channels IC team empower the membership of the local entities by promoting opportunities (upselling), activities of the LCs, recognitions, strategic information, operations and cocreation spaces.
Strategic adviser
By delivering the right communication messages IC team manage our brand, our organizational culture & climate and show the KM & BI process executions done by the other coordinations. By this IC team show our relevance as a strategic support area on the local and national operations.

Official Channels Manage the information for Mailing, Newsletters, & myAIESEC.net (wikis, files) platform. Facilitate access points, tutorials & support for the membership to publish information in this channels.

Social Media Channels Create & promote the use for Social Media (facebook, youtube, twitter, blogs) channels according to necessities. Give support to LC activities with LiveStream, WiziQ, and other share tools.

Brand & Comm Auditory Execute the Brand Audit in the LC. Establish Policies for the communications channels. Improve the correct use of every channel based on your local communication policies (according to the channels in use) , the brand visual guides and the AIESEC Values.

Define a internal communication strategy for your LC based in 3 main issues you want to improve Create objectives and goals to improve the selected issues. Execute the processes based on your strategy and your local reality. Support on the expertise of the actual M&C VP and the communications coordinator for your activities. Remember; Theres no magic formula in communications, use what you know and what you have to achieve your goals and execute your strategy.
Clarity: Stay focus and make things simple, the messages must be in plain language, clear and precise.
