Capricornus do not rise at due east at the
present epoch. In practice, nobody born at
this time has Aries ascending.
™ The ascendant set is subject to precession.
™ The aggregate number of eastern ascendants
is 88 in a precession cycle.
™ The present ascendant set encompasses 16
IAU constellations for the epoch.
™ The universal Cartesian house system is
operating on spacecraft, planetary satellites
and alien galaxies.
™ The board computer scans for local zodiacs.
™ Planetocentric astrology is the standard
astrology of our future as race.

5. DISCUSSION
Astrology was first allowed one sign of error;
then one became two and now we are
approaching three signs of error. On a planet

do not care about the children’s true horoscopes.
