Investigation of fraud case at Draconic Fun Fair

Case Number 1240: Your team is to investigate a fraud case brought up by Mrs Lim Wan Ling as she lodged a complaint on game stall 61 Grab n Win for cheating at the Draconic Fun Fair. The mechanism of the game stall is as follow: Each customer is to use two fingers to clip on a $10 dollar note with the note being held by the stall owner. The stall owner will release the note without any notice. If the customer is able to clip onto the note with his 2 fingers, the customer will win the note. 2 illustrations of the position of your fingers are shown below:

Your team is supposed to come up a detailed report (in terms of calculation and analysis*) on the validity of the game whether the customers have any chance of winning the game. This report is to be submitted to the Criminal Investigation Department. (*Hint--- You have to consider the human reaction time in this problem Take the value of g to be 9806 65 m s-2 )
