Due to an extremely large selection and wide variations in frame options, Paughco frames are built to order. Please order carefully, as a cancellation or a change after a 48 hour period could result in a 20% restocking fee. We will need the following information when ordering frames: Early or late-style Fat Bob mounts Year and type of engine Type of rear brakes Type of transmission Paughco rigid frames have many stock-type options. However, they are not exact replicas. Paughco offers swingarm frames in two popular styles; 19581964 and 19651986. They will not accept seat post bushings and pogo seats. These are not stock replacement frames, although they are offered with many stock-type options. Paughco also offers custom rubber mount swingarm frames, utilizing FXR or FLT transmissions. They come in six different variations of stretch and rake, to fit your choice of engines. Hidden axles are available by special order on rigid frames.

We recommend pre-fitting parts before painting. Paughco frames are not stock replacement frames.
To achieve a level ride height when using a 21" front and a 16" rear wheel with a Paughco Springer or stock triple trees, please use the table below to determine the front end length. When using Paughco raked triple trees, please call our sales staff TOLL FREE at 800-423-2621 to determine the correct length. Due to other factors such as variations in rim size and tire sidewall height, all lengths listed below are approximate. Springers are not recommended for use with rakes over 40

These frames are a practical solution for adding a classic Chopper look by taking your stock XL and adding more stretch and neck rake. All stock component parts bolt right back onto the frame. Simply choose a new tank and a longer Paughco Springer front end, or extend your stock forks if desired. Create your own unique bike to your own personal taste, quickly and easily. All mounting tabs are included (except for the tank mounts on frames that have any stretch in the backbone). The stock swingarm, fenders, struts, oil tank and controls bolt right back in their original positions.
