C.B.R.N. MOBILE LAB

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
n The Chemical, Bacteriological, Radiological and Nuclear Mobile Lab is intended either for intervention in nuclear, bacteriological and chemical accidents or for decontamination of intervention staff and the of those who were affected. n The mobile lab equipments investigate, acquire and process effectively and quickly the situation on the spot, by all means, store and transmit raw data and the evaluation of remote measurements (either manually or automatically). n The data transmission is done either at ISU county dispatches, adjacent to the area or to other centers such as the environment center, depending on the required tactical situation.

n Nuclear and Radiological equipments, stationary and portable n Chemical equipments, stationery and portable n Biological equipments n Sampling equipment for water, air and soil n Filtered ventilation system n Additional equipment: power generator n Protective equipments: compressed air breathing devices, protective suits, masks, intervention equipments n Tent for decontamination n Communications system consists of mobile and portable VHF and Tetra radios, the GSM interface gateways satellite phone terminal and video system. All voice and data communication devices are integrated in data, voice and video management information module. All voice communications are recorded on a dedicated voice recorder module.

MOBILE COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
n The main purpose of the Mobile Command and Control Center is to decrease the operating and intervention time and increase the efficiency of monitoring, identification and notice warnings and emergency intervention. n It must make real-time monitoring and management of equipment and communications of applications of the measurement systems of effects generated by the respective disaster, of alarms for each specific situation. n Provides interoperability between: local government, ambulance, police, gendarmes, firemen, civil protection. Mobile Command and Control Center manages two parallel systems: n The Communications System, that allows a communication among two or more audio speakers using on any TETRA, UHF, and VHF, GSM systems, telephony, satellite phone and the internal telephone system of the Command Post. All calls will be recorded with the possibility to play them anytime in the Command Post or remote, via the Internet. n Single National Emergency Call System 112

PARTITIONING
n The Mobile Command and Control Center is organized in a shelter, which is divided in two compartments: n a command compartment n an operators compartment n The shelter is put on a 4 x 4 wheel drive truck. The command compartment is a workspace designed to present situations and decision-making process. It can house 6 - 7 people, and another person with the role of operator. The operator compartment is a space designed for the three operators

SOFTWARE
n Mira Telecom creates software in the field of video surveillance and traffic control. In this respect, the company has created partnerships with the producer of CCTV IP Milestone management system, with one of the most important manufacturers of LPR (License Plate Recognition) systems ARH Hungary and the servers manufacturer company GIS ESRI. n Using these technologies, as well as various development kits of leading manufacturers in security systems (Bosch, Honeywell, Rosslare, Infinova, Hikvision, Etrovision), Mira Telecom company has created the integrated security systems management software MT-SIMS dedicated to Command and Control Centers in the security field.
