In ali the aborie cases mention Atty. Plaridel Nava was my lawyer.

It clearly appears in the aforesaid petition that my own lawyer Atty. Plaridel Nava filed against me and who is itill my counsel, had used in the was also handling "ur., afbresaid criminal. cases the affidavits of the complainants in those criminal cases against *. fo, purposes of obtaining a unfavorable judgment against me and against my interest uC' is my answer filed in the said before a court in said civil case. Enclosed as,4NNEX Civil iase No. l1-31i95. On the same date October 14,2011 my wife also abandoned
our home.

In the aforesaid answer I had stated that Atty. Plaridel Nava had an adulterous relationship with my wifei, Annal;rn Hierro and out of this relationship a daughter rvas born named Princes.s Anne Hierro on October 7, 2010 mentioned in paragraph 3 of the
aforesaid petition of Annalyn Hierro represented by Atty. Plaridel Nava..

Likewise enclosed as ANNEX '?" is the transcript of stenographic notes in the aforesaid Civil Case, wherein I revealed under oath before the court the said relationship of Atty. Plaridel Nava and my wife Annalyn Hierro. After the hling of the petition against me and without my consent.
