Modules: Judicial: Prisoner data management module keeps track of details such as Admission, Injury, Under-trail / Convict, PPC, Parole / Furlough, Bail / Release, Court dairy etc. Ration: This module keeps detailed information of Ration items like stocks, balance, per-day distribution, item received from etc. Interview: This module provides clear dates / times for prisoners visitors and keeps detailed information of prisoners court, bail, release, transfer date etc. Canteen: This module keeps detailed information concerning coupons issued to prisoners for food and other items. Hospital: This module keeps detailed medical data of inmates, prison hospital and pharmacy. Inventory: This module keeps track of the day to day inventory of capital goods and consumer goods under the charge of a particular section / officer. Attendance: This module enables the user to create attendance report of officers / prison staff and civilians. Service Book: This is a database management module, which keeps the record of prison staff right from recruitment up to pension. Payroll: T h i s m o d u l e k e e p s t r a c k o f t h e v a r i o u s d e t a i l s o f e m p l o y e e s ' p a y, allowances and deductions and generates monthly payroll. Tender: This module automates the procurement procedure from tender planning to final payments. Budget: This module enables the user to handle budget allocation for a particular code head with facility to revise allocation of funds. The status of funds allotted is tracked against bills forwarded for payment. With this the user can keep track of funds right from allotment up to the disbursement of the same, head wise, sub head wise etc. The system modules can be customized according to the requirements of prison administration so that one integrated system addresses every aspect of prison management satisfactorily.
