Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the 2009 Symposium Piezoelectric Bone Surgery:
State of the Art and New Perspectives.
Piezosurgery Academy is a non-proft scientifc society that develops and promotes the development
of Bone Surgery techniques in a spirit of close collaboration between colleagues.
The Scientifc Program for these two intensive days of study is divided into sections of specialization
so that every participant can assess the benefts and limits of each method in Oral, Periodontal,
Implant and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Participants in the Symposium, with their consent, will become members of the Piezosurgery
Academy for one year. The Academy provides a stimulating and friendly environment to en-
rich every members professional qualities.
The aim is to increase treatment predictability and reduce illness for our patients.
Colleagues from all over the world who share our enthusiasm for Piezoelectric Bone Surgery
will take part in this national Symposium.
The Simposium Center, located in the old harbor of Genova, will also provide an excellent opportu-
nity to discover the artistic and cultural heritage of one of the most beautiful venues in Italy.
A special social program will also be available for guests accompanying Symposium participants.

REGISTRATION FEE
- The registration fee includes participation in scientifc sessions, coffee breaks and lunches
and certifcate of participation.
- Registration is valid only when the registration fee has been received.
- Registrations will be accepted in order of arrival only.
- The Organization Secretary will not accept additional registrations once the maximum
number of participants has been reached.
- Changes may be made to the program and schedule.
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENT
- Any cancellations must be received by the Organization Secretary by September 30, 2009
(30 days prior to the Symposium). No reimbursements will be made after that date.
- Registration fees will be reimbursed for cancellations made before September 30, 2009
minus Euro 50 (20% VAT included).
- Should the Symposium not take place due to force majeure, participants will be entitled to
reimbursement of the registration fee only.
