Faith to Endure (Bible Study)

Matthew 24:11-14: Tribulation 11) Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive man. 12) And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13) But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14) And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations and then the end will come. In our journey on this earth, our faith is often times tested and tried through many different situations we could find ourselves in. Sickness, financial difficulties, divorce, job loss or lost of loved ones, amongst other things can cause us to stagger in our faith in God. It may be that what God told us has not come to pass, it may be we have displaced our faith in God and have begun to put our faith in people, places or things causing us to become idolatrous in our hearts and we have to remind ourselves that God is Faithful (Pistos) and that His promises are not slack concerning us. What is faith? => A confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea or thing. Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence; Belief and trust in God.

Matt. 17:15-21, Man with demon possessed son, disciples could not cast out, Jesus rebuked the demon, faith of a mustard seed, can move mountains. 1. Why do you think the disciples may have not been able to deliver the young boy?

2.

Why did Jesus accuse them of having little faith, and appear to get a little irritated with them?
