WORKING AT HEIGHTS
Every worker in the crew must have proper safety harness, lanyard,
shock absorber, and rope grab where required

Inspect safety harness and attachments before each use and replace
any damaged components immediately

Check guardrails and covers of floor/roof openings daily to ensure


they are installed properly and are adequate
