Psychomotor : Throw or catch ball. 2. Cognitive :Co-operate and plan strategy for scoring. 3. Affective :Put trust in their teammates. Pre-requisite : The students should possess basic skills of throwing and catching. Moral Values : Team-work, Confidence Teaching and Learning strategy : Constructivism Teaching Aids : Medium-sized balls, punching bags

1. The students will form a big circle. 2. One student will act as the predator and stand inside the circle. 3. Remaining students will remain as a circle (prey). 4. A ball will be given to the students who are standing as a circle. 5. The ball will be passed from a prey to other prey through everyone in the circle. 6. The predator is required to seize the ball from preys while they pass the ball around. 7. Preys need to prevent predator from intercepting ball when they pass around the ball. 8. If the predator managed to seize ball, prey that let the ball being seized by the predator will become the new predator. 9. Numbers of predator will increase from time to time.

1. The teacher will bring the students to the court. 2. The teacher will give clear instructions about this activity. 3. The teacher will demonstrate the correct way of passing balls. 4. The teacher will observe throughout the whole activity.

Warm-Up Activity The Prey and The Predator

1. The students will be divided into 2 groups. 3. There are 10 students in each group. The teacher will divide the students into 5 attackers and 5 defenders. 4. The attackers and defenders will be arranged accordingly. 5. 5 students as the attackers will be given a ball and they will need to bring the ball across the scoring line. 6. All the players can only pass or dribble the ball by kicking. 7. The defenders will need to defend the scoring line. The defenders can intercept / tag the attacker with the ball, but NO goalkeeper to guard scoring line using hand or etc. 8. If the interception by the defenders is successful, 1 mark will be rewarded to the defenders. If the attackers are able to hit the punching bag with the ball, they will be rewarded 2 marks. 9. If the ball goes outside the court, the ball will be given to the attackers and the game continues. 10. The games will be carried out for 3 minutes. Then, the attackers and the defenders will switch roles and play again. Level 1 3 Minutes

1. The students will be divided into 2 groups. 2. In this activity, both groups will be playing at the same time, yet in different tennis / badminton court or field. 3. There are 10 students in each group. The teacher will divide the students into 5 attackers and 5 defenders. 4. The attackers and defenders will be arranged accordingly. 5. 5 students as the attackers will be given a ball and they will need to bring the ball to hit the punching bag behind the defenders. Level 2 3 Minutes 6. All the players can only pass or dribble the ball by kicking. 7. The defenders will need to defend the attackers from hitting the punching bag. The defenders can intercept / tag the attacker with the ball by using legs only. 8. If the interception by the defenders is successful, 1 mark will be rewarded to the defenders. If the attackers are able to hit the punching bag with the ball, they will be rewarded 2 marks. 9. If the ball goes outside the court, the ball will be given to the attackers and the game continues. 10. The games will be carried out for 3 minutes. Then, the attackers and the defenders will switch roles and play again.

1. The teacher asks the students to spread out and take their own space for the cool-down. 2. The following instructions will be given by the teacher: a) Now, all of you lay down on the floor. b) Raise your left leg, shake it. c) Raise your right leg, shake it. d) Now, shake both your legs. e) Raise your left hand, shake it. f) Raise your right hand, shake it. g) Now, raise both your hands and shake them. h) Stand up. i) Now, turn your head left and right, slowly. j) Thats all.
