Note: Almost all numbers below are projections as provided by either town supplied reports, or if not, done with our own projections using the San Diego Trip Generation Manual. Student numbers are from town reports or from school data that we extrapolated from their materials. The town, by law, does not have to take school impact into account. These numbers will change as new projects are projected (eg, the Sisters of the Holy Names) or subtracted, as may be the case of Ditto's Lane (unknown at this time). Approved Money supply from the Redevelopment agency has been cut off. Doesn't appear likely this will happen, but the town owns the property and will do something with it, so we have left the numbers as they are until we find out the towns intentions. http://losgatos.granicus.com/MetaViewer.php?view_id=2&clip_id=878 &meta_id=94289 Approved.

details unknown at this time. - supposedly going to become a limited care center on some (all?) of the property. details unknown at this time. - strictly a guess

Note 1: The North Forty is not finalized yet. We estimated strictly on a maximum build out of the space.

Note 2: We used the Hexagon Traffic Report as utilized by the town to determine traffic added by a full build out at Albright. We do not agree with their method of estimating a base of traffic level which adds cars that aren't currently in their own traffic survey.
