Im excited to work with a team of talented people. Dave Meyer is leading over 15 projects at GAB. Ryan Oberg is developing the first mobile application for the State of Wisconsin. Amy Meyer and Todd Henrigillis have been providing excellent service to MRL and MDIs technology needs. This includes developing a new support hotline to improve service. Last, but not least, Tori has been keeping all the Lightbox office functions running smoothly. Thank you all for what you do to make Lightbox Technologies great! David Grassl

Company Overview
Lightbox Technologies is establishing itself as a key service provider for the Government Accountability Board (GAB) at the State of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Radiologist LTD (MRL). Lightbox Technologies leads the technology team at GAB and provides Radiology PACS, Dictation, Networking and Back office management at MRL. There are a total of 6 people working for Lightbox Technologies and we have 4 open positions. Lightbox Technologies also provides support services for the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin. The Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) is using the Lightbox technology support model as the new state technology model for all agencies. This is a great opportunity for Lightbox moving forward with the State.

2012 will be an exciting year for Lightbox Technologies. Our biggest challenge will be to recruit qualified staff to fill all the positions we have available at the State of Wisconsin. I will be spending a lot of my time working with recruiters and recruiting services finding new ways to connect with technology resources. I will also start working with universities to look at new hires coming out of the technology programs.

Mobile Device Development Lightbox is part of a team at the GAB which has applied for a federal grant to aid in the development of a voter public access tool for overseas and military voters to more rapidly absentee and accurately This vote will with an ballot. include voters, as well as eliminate the delay of standard mail. In addition to the federal grant, Lightbox is also working on the development of a tool to send election notifications and allow voters to find their polling place based upon their current registered information. If their information is incorrect they will be able to submit updated information to their clerk and request polling place information based upon their address. For military personnel and overseas voters, registration can be complex and time consuming. By placing registration on the mobile platforms we can allow our military voters to provide information immediately to our clerks and electors will be able to complete a form, review, print, sign, and mail in everything required. As soon as absentee ballots are available online, the system will direct military and registered overseas voters to their ballots. At this time, the user can mark their ballots on their mobile device, print, sign, and mail. Wisconsin is a state that prides itself on government transparency. By gathering usage data, we will be able to keep the public informed of the success of the system and improve services to our military and overseas voters. If youve worked 2 or third shift the past few months you have probably already had the pleasure of meeting at least some of your Radiology Assistants online. This team works nd rd 2 and 3 shifts and all holidays remotely from Saipan. With their help MRL is able to provide an efficient delivery of reports back to referring physicians by ensuring that order information is received accurately, critical results are communicated back when necessary, and special report delivery is done as requested.
