APCPDCL is a Government owned power distribution company, involved in distribution of power supply to 15 million consumers In order to ensure public accountability and to acquire enhanced capabilities in finance ,asset and materials management, a project in SAP was undertaken by DISCOMS for maximizing utilization of existing infrastructure that inter alia includes transformers, AB switches, switchgears and other components. The implementation includes SAP MM, FI /CO. Responsibilities: As a ABAP Consultant responsible for Developing objects in ABAP, Classical reports, Interactive reports, BDCs, SAP Scripts, Function Modules etc. Conduct peer reviews for the objects developed in the project. Creation of unit test plans for the objects developed. Interacting with functional team to resolve the issues in the given objects. Developed a BAPI for internal oreder Creation using KO01 Developed a BAPI for Automatic Conversion of Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order for emergency materials. Developed an Custom BAPI to send the material master data .

ENHANCEMENTS: Developed BADI for Purchase Requisition for not allowing the materials for Minimum Order Quantity, Maximum stock level, checking that whether it is a slow moving or fast moving material and it does not allowing multiple material types. Implemented BADI - ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST, Method Process item for making changes during purchase order creation. Implemented a BADI, to restrict the user, doesnt allow to change the quantity of purchase order.
