Light was not function at discharge point. Too dark Lighting not bright due to block by tree branches at discharge point. No colour guide (according to product) on tank inlet at discharge point. In this station have 3 product like AGO, U95, U97. it might causes crossover if not handle it this matter. tank position wrongly and need to reverse out. Lot of hazard as car washing too close. Electric cable all over on ground tank area. Taking sample using plastic funnel. Pam attendance not wearing PPE while attend discharging. No yelow line at discharge. Lamp post was not function at discharge point. Discharge area too dark without light. Driver using torch light while discharging. Lamp post did not function at discharge point. 1.Delaer only supply 2 safety cone at discharge area. 1.Delaer only supply 3 safety cone at discharge area. 2. No marshalling help while reversing at discharge point. Fuel overflow while start discharging at vapor beside discharge pipe. There is big drain before parking at discharge area. Exit road from Syarikat Arbi Station became too narrow due to car park near food stall. little leaking happen at connecter pipe while discharging at tank no 6 (AGO). pad lock broken at discharge area,customer only hang without key. a pump too near at discharge area,difficult for lorry to discharge and car in and out.
