UT 3.1 & 3.2 PCN Examinations 3.1 & 3.2, Level-2 See Note 3:

The maximum number of students per batch will be restricted to 16. Registration will be on the first cum the first serve basis. Registration will be confirmed only for students making full payment of the training fee. Additional students up to a maximum of 18 in a batch will be admitted if the last minute student(s) can bring their own digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, probes, and cables. They will be offered a 10% discount on the training fee for bringing their won UT Set and accessories. Course & preparatory material will be supplied upon request only for students who register by paying full training fee. Each student is eligible for one set of hard copy notes only and students collecting the hard copy material should bring the same with them for use during the training. The Payment Mode and details for Indian & International Students including cancellation fee applicable are given in a separate annexure: * UT 3.7, 3.8 & 3.9 practice training, and examination available without any minimum requirement on number of students with a maximum of six students in a batch. Note 1 Students who prefer to register only for MT or PT can do so with the following guideline: Students opting only MT shall attend training from 1st day to 5th day of the schedule, students opting only PT shall attend training from 4th day to 8th day of the schedule, and clear instructions will be given to the candidates as a part of joining instruction. Candidates who register for both MT & PT will enjoy a discount of 10% on the published training fee for each method (MT & PT) Note *- 2 When the scheduled date falls on a National or Local Holiday there will be an overall shift of one day in the program. However if requested by majority of the students MI reserve the right to continue the training program as per schedule without break. The courses and examinations are available only on weekdays (Monday to Saturday). The above Table shows the PCN Training & Examination Combined Option Fee structure effective from first of January 2012 and valid until 31st December 2012**.
All classroom training sessions will be conducted in fully air-conditioned and well equipped classrooms.
The training will start at 9.00 A.M. and end at 5.30 P.M. There will be two coffee / tea breaks and a lunch break in-between. Practical training will be conducted in well-ventilated and well-lit rooms. MI will provide to all students complimentary light refreshment & tea or coffee during breaks and Buffet Vegetarian Lunch during the course days. The course fees indicated are valid at the time issue and are subject to change from time to time depending on the market conditions. Each student will be supplied with a set of course notes and a set of un-controlled copies reference standards / documents for their guidance in preparation for the PCN Examination. For ultrasonic testing practical training students are encouraged to bring their own Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors and probes / cables. MI will provide the required calibration blocks. Students bringing their own flaw detectors will enjoy a special discount of 10% of the published training fee. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Training / Examination Fee Refund Policy: If the registration for a PCN Training & or Examination is cancelled before 30 days or more prior to the scheduled training / examination date refund will be made after detection or Rs. 1000/- towards administration charges or the money will be fully adjusted if the booking is transferred to a different date (seats subject to availability). For cancellations done more than 72 hours and less than 30 days prior to the scheduled training / examination date refund will be made after detection of 50% per method applied as and the balance will be paid in Indian Rupee by way of Account Payee Check within 10 working days from the date of cancellation. For cancellations done in less than 48 hours and No Show candidates no refund will be made.

Instructions to Candidates Taking PCN Examination

1. All candidates appearing for any PCN Examination shall report at the designated examination hall at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the examination. The candidates should bring their own stationeries such as pen, pencil & sharpeners. Under no circumstances the candidates are allowed use RED or GREEN ink pens for writing the examinations (Both theory & practical). They are allowed use only black or blue ink pens for writing the examination (preferably black). Candidates can use a non-programmable scientific calculator for both written and practical examinations. The use of following items inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If any of the candidates are found using such devices during the examination, the examiner has the authority to terminate the candidate from continuing the examination and examination paper will not be marked and the candidate has to re-take the examination. a. b. c. d. 5. Meena International has provided the candidates with a good ambiance and comforts to the candidates for writing theory and performing the practical examinations. The candidates shall bring to the notice of the invigilator or the examiner of any intolerable conditions immediately. Complaints at any later stage will not be entertained in any manner. In the middle of any written examination only one candidate is permitted to go out of the examination hall at a time. In such case the candidate shall close all his examination papers, hand over them to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall and shall return within a reasonable time. Candidates attending practical examination also shall comply with the above requirement related to leaving the examination hall. No examination results will be issued for examinations partly completed and no refund will be made for the unattempted parts of the examination. A written intimation also will be sent to the concerned candidate and to her / his employer or sponsor explaining the reasons for the termination of examination. Invigilator will read out the instructions to the candidates appearing for PCN examination and allow the candidates to start writing the examination and note the start time on the white board. The invigilator also will announce when last 30 & 10 minutes are left for completion of the examination.

When instructed by the invigilator to stop writing, all candidates shall stop writing, assemble their answer papers including working sheets used and wait for him to collect the answer papers. 11. Any fraudulent behaviour at Test / Examination Centre will be viewed seriously and may lead to the disqualification of the candidate from the examination and will have to retake the examination. Candidates found involved in such action will be barred from taking any PCN examination for a period of 12 months from the date of such incident. 12. For all PCN Examinations, the candidate has the right to appeal in writing to the PCN Management Committee, C/o The Scheme Manager, British Institute of NDT, The Newton Building, Street George's Avenue, Northampton, NN2 6JB against a decision to terminate an examination.
All candidates are required to sign this sheet in the space provided for having read and understood the contents of this instruction sheet, and this will be preserved in the candidate's files. PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING NDT TRAINING TO BINDT REQUIREMENTS

MI SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINEES / STUDENTS The following are the minimum safety requirements applicable for all candidates undergoing NDT Training and appearing PCN Examination in Meena International. This also gives general instructions for the candidates. General: 1. Be informed about the location of the fire extinguishers in side the building. Inform the nominated course in-charge if you notice any sign of fire. Do not panic and make the fellow students to get panic. Proceed to the assembly point (will be shown during first day safety briefing) and wait for further instruction at assembly point if you notice a fire inside the building. 2. Be informed that MI follows a No Smoking Policy within the Training & Examination Centre. Smoking is permitted only outside the centre building. 3. In case you need any first aid please contact your coordinator or the reception desk for immediate attention. Particular Precautions to be taken during Practical Training / Examination: 4. Follow all the instructions of the training guide / examination invigilator from time to time during all practical sessions (Training & Examination) 5. Use only equipments / charges with proper plug attached to connect to the main power supply and take all precautions to prevent electric shock. 6. Use Safety Boot (with steel toes) during all practical training / examinations to prevent injuries in case of accidental fall of heavy test specimen from the work bench. 7. Always request for assistance while handling or lifting heavy practical specimen. Do not lift any specimen having weight greater than 15.0 Kg. alone. 8. Use proper Personnel Protection Equipments (PPE) such as hand gloves, eye glasses, coverall etc., as required while handling hazardous chemicals. 9. Meena International will not be responsible if the candidate violates any of the minimum safety precaution required to be followed within the training centre and injure him / her. No compensation claim will be entertained in any manner. Meena International however will provide immediate first aid as required and take them to the nearest medical facility for further treatment if required and inform his nominated contact person as courtesy.

The British Institute of NDT is accredited against ISO/IEC 17024 criteria to provide certification of personnel against specified standards as follows: The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), which owns and operates the PCN Certification Scheme, is accredited as complying with the standard ISO/IEC 17024 to certify one of three levels of competence described in the current issue of the PCN documents General requirements for qualification and PCN certification of NDT personnel (PCN/GEN) and Specific requirements for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel in the aerospace sector. The competence required to achieve certification for each specific activity is described in the following appendices to the current edition of PCN/GEN: Appendix B Appendix C Appendix D Appendix E Cast products, covering radiographic and ultrasonic NDT methods Welded products, covering radiographic, ultrasonic and electromagnetic NDT methods Wrought products, including forgings, covering eddy current and ultrasonic NDT methods Pre and in-service Inspection (multi-sector, including castings, welds and wrought products), covering liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and visual testing NDT methods, and including radiation safety certification. Appendix F
The above accreditation covers certification according to EN 473 and ISO 9712. The competence required to achieve certification for each specific activity is described in the current edition of PCN/AERO. The aerospace sector is a multi-sector that includes metallic and composite materials components and structures, covering eddy current, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic and ultrasonic NDT methods. The British Institute of NDT is also accredited against the criteria of ISO/IEC 17024 to certify personnel as having reached Level 2 competence in the ultrasonic testing of wrought plate. Details of the competences are given in the PCN Scheme document PCN-ISO 20807 (this certification is outwith the scope of EN 473 and ISO 9712). PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Non-destructive testing and inspection are vital functions in achieving the goals of efficiency and quality at an acceptable cost. In many cases, these functions are highly critical; painstaking procedures are adopted to provide the necessary degree of quality assurance. The consequences of failure of engineering materials, components and structures are well known and can be disastrous. It is an increasing requirement of quality assurance systems that a companys engineers, technicians and craftsmen are able to demonstrate that they have the required level of knowledge and skill. This is particularly so since NDT and inspection activities are very operator dependent and those in authority have to place great reliance on the skill, experience, judgement and integrity of the personnel involved. Indeed, during fabrication, NDT and inspection provides the last line of defence before the product enters service, whilst once a product or structure enters service, in-service NDT is often the only line of defence against failure.
PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION - THE OPTIONS

There are two main routes to qualifying NDT personnel: In-company certification In company certification means that the scheme for examining and certifying inspection and test personnel is controlled by a company procedure. This procedure is usually produced and operated by an independently qualified person who may be employed by the company or be an external consultant. The main advantage of this system is that companies with unusual inspection requirements can ensure that their personnel are qualified only in areas specific to the inspection task. Advice and assistance to organisations wishing to install or improve their in-house certification procedures is available from the Institutes Employer Certification Group. The Certification Services Division provides a secretariat for this group, which has expertise and knowledge of employer based certification programmes satisfying the requirements and/or guidance of ISO 11484, AIA-NAS-410, SNT-TC-1A, ANSI-CP-189 and EN 4179. BINDT provides an accreditation service for companies providing external (outside agencies) or internal training and/or examinations for NDT personnel. rd Independent central, or 3 party certification means that the inspection personnel are required to pass examinations, often at an approved Authorised Qualifying Body, which are devised and set by professional examiners licensed by a certifying body which has overall control over the certification scheme which it operates. The main advantage of such a system is that independently awarded verifiable qualifications carry wider recognition and relieve the company of having to devise the incompany scheme and to repeatedly demonstrate its effectiveness through audit.
The PCN scheme also offers a system whereby qualification and certification of NDT personnel can be carried out in accordance with European and international standards by an Authorised Qualifying Body or AQB. An AQB is defined as: A body, independent of any single predominant interest, authorised by the Independent Certifying Body to prepare and administer examinations to qualify NDT personnel. PCN document CP/9 sets out the general requirements for the creation of BINDT Authorised Qualifying Bodies for the purposes of issuing NDT personnel certification complying with agreed standards. Such a system offers the best of both worlds and has numerous advantages. PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION FOR CONDITION MONITORING

There is a range of qualification examinations available within the PCN Scheme covering various condition monitoring technologies. Examinations are administered directly by BINDT and through a number of Approved Examination Centres (AEC). Organisations that undertake training of condition monitoring personnel are assessed and accredited by BINDT, and are referred to as Accredited Training Organisations [ATOs]. AN INDUSTRY LED INITIATIVE

The policy under which the PCN scheme is operated is determined by the Certification Management Committee. The scheme is designed to set and maintain the highest standards for the proficiency of NDT personnel through independent examination and assessment. It is also designed to meet, as a minimum, the criteria specified in relevant European and international standards. BINDT is a world leader and puts the user in a strong position to compete in European and world markets. The secretariat for the PCN Scheme is provided by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing from its Northampton headquarters. A Certification Management Committee, nominated by the British Institute, is the managing executive for the scheme. The Certification Management Committee is empowered to constitute Industry Sector Groups(ISG), with terms of reference to ensure the adequate provision of certification services to industry, monitoring the operation of any such ISG and periodically reviewing their terms of reference. PCN certification is also widely known and highly respected throughout the industrialised world. PCN certificates are accepted as evidence of competence in a number of countries. If ever any difficulty is experienced in certificate recognition, The British Institutes Certification Services Division is committed to making every effort to secure recognition for the benefit of certificate holders and their employers. The British Institute of NDT offers the means for companies to ensure that all PCN documentation held by them is current. QUALITY ASSURED TRAINING

To be eligible for PCN level 1 or level 2 examination, candidates must have successfully completed a BINDT approved course of structured training to the appropriate PCN syllabus. Successful completion of a course of training implies that the candidate has attended all training sessions at a BINDT approved training establishment and achieved a satisfactory end of course assessment. Approved training establishments will provide trainees and their employers with documentary proof of successful (or unsuccessful) completion of training, together with a recommendation as to the trainees preparedness for PCN examinations. The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing operates an accreditation scheme for NDT training establishments. The scheme is centred around the published criteria, Minimum Requirements for the Structured Training of NDT Practitioners and there are a large number of training courses available throughout the United Kingdom which have been assessed and validated. The Institute also offers, within the PCN Scheme, assessment and ISO 9000 certification of the Quality Management Systems of organisations providing training. Following a successful assessment, a certificate of compliance with ISO 9002 is issued to the organisation, and the company and its available services are published in a register maintained by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). This is a really cost effective way to ensure BINDT approval of training whilst, at the same time, promoting your business and demonstrating that yours is a quality aware organisation. THE EUROPEAN PRESSURE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE

The Secretary of State has appointed the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing as a Recognised Third-Party Organisation under regulation 20 of the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 which implement the provisions of Directive 97/23/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the member States concerning pressure equipment. The scope of the appointment is for the approval of personnel to carry out non-destructive tests on permanent joints for pressure equipment in categories III and IV in accordance with section 3.1.3 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations. The Secretary of State will notify the European Commission and other EEA States of this appointment to act for the purposes stated above and it will be made public. All existing valid PCN certification is encompassed within this approval, which is subject to the Institute continuing to satisfy the relevant criteria for notification as verified during annual surveillance and four yearly re-assessment by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). In addition, BINDT offers assessment and evaluation of in-house NDT personnel qualification and approvals systems in the context of the Pressure Equipment Directive. EUROPEAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION

BINDT is signatory to and registered under a European Multilateral Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) which is managed by the European Federation for NDT. Each certification body recognised under this agreement is accredited by a national accreditation body and has submitted the following documents in support of its application for recognition: A letter of nomination from the national NDT Society of the country in which the scheme is based; A certificate of accreditation; A schedule detailing the scope of its accreditation (e.g. ISO/IEC 17024, EN 473, ISO 9712, EN 4179 etc.). The EFNDT Certification Executive Committee (CEC) reviews the evidence submitted in support of an application for registration under the MRA. Following acceptance of an application by the CEC, it is accepted by all other participating certification bodies that the certificates of competence issued by the recognised certification body meet the minimum requirements of the applicable standards specified in the schedule of accredited scope. ISO 9000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION

The British Institute of NDT is accredited to offer assessment and certification of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) of organisations involved in providing NDT services, whether they be training on site, testing in a laboratory or on site, or the provision of level 3 services. The following certification is available: Certification of NDE Laboratory Services The organisation provides an NDE service at a permanent test house or laboratory. Certification of NDE Site Services The organisation provides a permanent or extended (in excess of one calendar month) site NDE service.

Certification for NDE Level 3 Services The organisation offers the services of level 3 personnel certificated in accordance with a recognised standard (e.g. reference 2). Level 3 services can include any or all of the following: assuming full responsibility for a NDE facility and staff; establishing and/or validating NDE instructions or procedures; interpreting codes, standards, specifications and procedures and designating particular NDE methods, techniques and procedures to be used; validation of NDE procedures and techniques associated with in-service inspection of plant and machinery; training, examining or supervision of NDE personnel. The organisation's registration certificate will indicate for which industry sectors and NDT methods such level 3 services are available.

A good QMS can reduce costs incurred through rework, supplier control, staff turnover and lack of effective procedures. A good QMS will improve communication and motivation within your company. Industrial NDT experience in the applicable NDT method and field of application, which leads to the acquisition by a PCN candidate of the required skill and knowledge, is to be gained and recorded prior to the award of certification by PCN. In the event that a false statement is made concerning precertification experience, any certification awarded as a result will be null and void. PSL 41 Issue 2 rev A 6th December 2007 NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING EMPLOYER'S AUTHORISATION PCN examinations consist of two parts each with several sections. A third job specific part may be carried out by the employer prior to issuing operating authorisation. DEFINITIONS Employer: The organisation for which a candidate or certificate holder works on a regular basis; an employer may also be a candidate. Operating authorisation: A written statement issued by the employer based on the individual's competence in the certification categories held. In addition to the certification, the job specific knowledge, skill and physical ability may be assessed for the specific task. Job Specific Examination: A further element of the qualification procedure includes practice relating to the special inspection requirements and needs of an individual employer. JOB SPECIFIC EXAMINATION Employers or AQBs may carry out the job specific part of the qualification procedure to satisfy requirements related to the employer's specific needs. PCN document CP13 - Guidelines for PCN Job Specific Endorsement - provides guidance in conducting this supplementary examination. In circumstances where the job specific/job practical examination is considered necessary, independent documentation to satisfy company quality assurance requirements should be raised by the employer. OPERATING AUTHORISATION Employers may use the form provided overleaf when authorising employees to carry out non-destructive testing on their behalf. The provisions regarding training contained within this document are intended to reflect those published in PCN General Requirements and, in the event of conflict between the two documents, only PCN General Requirements will apply. General On-the-job training in the applicable NDT method and field of application can be carried out to supplement classroom and practical training provided by a PCN approved organisation. Personnel gaining experience to meet the PCN requirement for certification must do so under the supervision of appropriately certificated personnel. Such training and experience must be documented and authenticated. Training: levels 1 and 2 To be eligible for Level 1 or Level 2 examination, candidates must have successfully completed, prior to making application for examination, a British Institute of NDT validated course of training, at an Approved Training Establishment, which covers the relevant PCN syllabus. Approved training establishments will provide trainees and their employers with documentary proof of successful (or unsuccessful) completion of training. The minimum duration of any training and experience in order to satisfy the PCN certification requirements is provided in the applicable PCN qualification and certification requirements (e.g., PCN/GEN or PCN/AERO) document. Where there is a shortfall between the duration of approved training and the training required within a second party certification standard, i.e., EN 4179, the employer is responsible for making up for that shortfall before authorising or approving the employee to carry out NDT on his behalf. VISION REQUIREMENTS (PSL/44 issue 11 dated 1st January 2011)

All PCN candidates and holders of PCN certification shall have natural or corrected vision satisfying the following minimum requirement: For PCN Aerospace examinations, from 1st January 2011 the NANDTB recognise the Tumbling E Chart as a satisfactory near vision test and confirms no other near vision test shall be carried out as an equivalent test to demonstrate compliance, please refer to NANDTB 24. The candidate shall provide documented evidence of satisfactory vision in accordance with the following requirements: A. Corrected or uncorrected near-vision acuity shall permit reading a minimum of Times Roman N4.5 or equivalent letters (having a vertical height of not more than 1.6 mm see note 3) at not less than 30 cm. B. Colour vision (see note 1) shall be sufficient that the candidate can distinguish contrast between the colours or shades used in the NDT method concerned as specified by the employer. Subsequently to certification, the tests of visual acuity shall be carried out at least annually. Records of tests shall be retained by the employer or responsible agency and provided to PCN upon request. Failure to do so will invalidate all PCN certification. NOTE 1. All candidates and holders of PCN certification will be required to have had colour perception assessed by the Ishihara 24 plate test. The test is required only once since colour perception will deteriorate only under rare circumstances, such as if the individual develops diabetes. A record of test results should be retained and presented to BINDT upon request. In the event that a colour perception deficiency, indicated by misreading any of the first 17 plates, is detected during the Ishihara test, a further 'trade test' is to be carried out by the employer to ascertain whether the detected colour perception deficiency affects the individual's ability to perform the NDT for which he is certificated. This trade test is to be documented and the record of the test made available to BINDT upon request. NOTE 2. BINDT accepts that a nominated official of an Authorised Qualifying Body, or a PCN Level 3 certificate holder, having documented proof of satisfactory training in the administration of the test, is medically recognised as competent to, and may therefore conduct such tests for candidates and holders of PCN certification. The PCN level 3 administering the near vision test must provide proof of appropriate training upon request by BINDT. NOTE 3. Laminated hand held vision test charts are available from a number of suppliers, including the Institute of Optometry*. PSL/49 ISSUE 13 DATED 1ST JANUARY 2011 PCN EXAMINATION EXEMPTIONS FOR HOLDERS OF QUALIFYING CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY RECOGNISED CERTIFICATION BODIES
Definitions A Qualifying Certificate is one that is issued by a Recognised Certification Body, and which demonstrates compliance with EN 473 or ISO 9712, covers the same Product or Industry Sector and NDT Method as the PCN Certification sought, and the NDT level is relevant in terms of exemptions applied for. A Recognised Certification Body is one which is registered under the EFNDT Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA), or which is accredited by a body in membership of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) against the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024 to issue certification in compliance with the current editions of ISO 9712 or EN 473. BINDT may develop individual agreements with certification bodies that do not conform to this definition. Exemptions allowed 1. BINDT will grant exemptions for the written general and specific parts of PCN Level 1 and Level 2 examinations for holders of valid Qualifying Certificates. 2. A holder of a valid Qualifying Certificate may recertify directly within the PCN scheme as if a PCN certificate was held. 3. BINDT will grant exemptions for the Level 3 basic examination parts A (Materials Technology) and C (general knowledge of four NDT methods at level 2) and the Level 3 main method examination part D (general knowledge of the NDT method) for holders of valid Qualifying Certificates. 4. A holder of a valid Qualifying Certificate may seek PCN level 3 certification without the need to complete a PCN Level 2 practical examination, but will not be eligible for direct issue of a PCN level 2 certificate as a result of success in the PCN level 3 examination concerned. How to claim exemptions Those claiming such exemptions should apply in the first instance, using the form at page 2, to the PCN Certification Records Office at the above address. Verification of current certification status will be taken up with the certification body which issued the certificate for which exemptions are claimed. Following verification, the application form will be annotated and returned to the applicant together with a letter confirming exemptions for use in support of a standard examination application to any authorised PCN Examination Centre. CP27 ISSUE 1 REV A CODE OF ETHICS FOR PCN CERTIFICATE HOLDERS

Individuals certified within the PCN Scheme must recognise that personal integrity and professional competence are the fundamental principles on which their testing activities are founded. Accordingly, it is a condition of PCN certification that certificate holders shall undertake to: 1. comply with this code of ethics; 2. undertake only those non-destructive testing assignments for which they are competent by virtue of their training, qualification and experience; 3. only sign documents for work of which they have personal professional knowledge and/or direct supervisory control; 4. engage, or advise the engagement of, such specialists as are required to enable assignments to be properly completed; 5. conduct themselves in a responsible manner and utilize fair and equitable business practices in dealing with colleagues, clients and associates; 6. at all times, be aware of and uphold the provisions/ requirements of codes, regulations and standards under which they are working; 7. immediately report to their supervisor/employer any perceived violation(s) of codes, regulations or standards. In the event that their supervisor/employer provides no satisfactory explanation or takes no corrective action, the certified individual shall report the situation direct to the British Institute of NDT; 8. perform their professional duties with proper regard for the physical environment and the safety, health and well-being of the public; 9. protect to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the well being of the public and the provisions of this code of ethics, any information given to them in confidence by an employer, colleague or member of the public; 10. avoid conflicts of interest with the employer or client, but when unavoidable, forthwith disclose the circumstances to the employer or client; 11. strive to maintain their proficiency by updating their technical knowledge as required to properly practice NDT in the certified methods and levels. 12. indicate to the employer or client any adverse consequences which may result from an overruling of their technical judgment by a non-technical authority; 13. not falsify nor permit misrepresentation of their own or their associates academic or professional qualifications, training, experience or work responsibilities; 14. refrain from making unjustified statements or from performing unethical acts which would discredit the PCN scheme; 15. immediately report to the British Institute of NDT any perceived violation(s) of this code of ethics; 16. immediately report to the British Institute of NDT any attempt to pressure or force an individual certified under the PCN Scheme to violate this code of ethics; 17. inform their employer in the event that their PCN certificate is suspended, cancelled or withdrawn.

Hostel Facility Meena International Chennai - India
Dear Student, Meena International has now has expanded bed facility for outstation candidates and it is provided on first come first serve basis. The following are the tariff: Rent per bed space in a twin sharing non-air-conditioned room for a day or part of the day is Rs. 175/-. Single occupancy in non air-conditioned room will be charged at Rs. 300/- day Rent per bed space in a twin sharing air-conditioned room for a day or part of the day is Rs. 275/-, Single occupancy in air-conditioned room will be charged at Rs. 450/- per day. Single occupancy will be entertained only when bed spaces are free. Breakfast and dinner cab be arranged on request at cost. We have 8 non air-conditioned & 6 air-conditioned bed spaces available now. We also have arrangement with nearby hotels to accommodate students on single or twin sharing basis and the rates are available on request. Students have to settle the bills directly and make their own arrangements for commuting to the training centre.
