Troubleshooting
Ifamalfunctionoccurs, checkthefollowingbeforecontactingyourservicecenter. Problems Indoor unit does not start immediately when theairconditionerisswitchedon Troubleshooting Oncetheairconditionerisstopped, itwillnot operateforapproximatelythreeminuteswhile therefrigerantsettlesdown. Thisisusuallytemporaryandcausedbyodors concentrated in the air intake going into the air conditioner. If it continues, turn power off andcontactyourservicecenter. This is a normal sound caused by the refrigerantflowinginsidetheunit. Thisisnormal.Conditionedaircoolsdownthe room air rapidly and it sometimes looks like fog. This is a temporary phenomenon caused by the deformation of plastic due to the change in temperature. If it continues, contact your servicecenter. Pleasecheckforthefollowing: 1.Isapowerconnectionloose? 2.Isthecircuitbreakeractivated? 3.Isthevoltagehigherthan253voltsorlower than198volts? 4.IsTIMERONinoperation? Pleasecheckforthefollowing: 1.Isthesettemperaturesuitable? 2.Istheairinletoroutletobstructed? 3.Aretheairfiltersdirtyorclogged? 4.Istheindoorfanspeedsettoolow? 5.Isthereanotherheatsourceintheroom?

The wireless remote controller does not function

Pleasecheckforthefollowing: 1.Istheremotecontrollerunitoutofrange (morethan8metersfromunit)? 2.Replacewornoutbatteries. 3.Arethereanyobstructionsbetweenthe remotecontrollerandthesignalreceiver? This is normal in COOL mode in a high humidity environment (normally higher than 80%).Adjustthelouvertothemaximumangle andselectHIGHfanspeed. This is normal when the air conditioner is operated for the first time or after a long periodofinactivity. This is normal, since the compressor is switched off automatically whenever the indoor temperature reaches the desired temperature. The compressor will restart when the indoor temperature goes below or abovethetemperaturesetting.
