DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF LOKI

David Nicholas of the family Vennik, to be addressed henceforth as Loki, a person referred to in the instrument faithfully reproduced at the top right (Birth Deed), filed by my mother in her private capacity, creating public record of the event of the birth of a human child, is the rightful holder of the title to an estate embodied in the Birth Deed, and this title inaugurates the inception of this person (My Self). Since a person is not the same as a human being, but rather a legal fiction animated by singular or plural competent human beings capable of entering into contract, accepting liability and acting as the agent of a person, I hereby solemnly declare that the human being in the picture at top left, who produces the signature and right thumbprint as a seal appearing at right as attested by the notary whose signature, seal and qualification appears below it, is the human being with the exclusive right to act on the behalf of the My Self (The Man). Until recently, I was not aware that My Self was not the same as the person created by the recording and transcription of a subset of the particulars from the Birth Deed into a file record (Title Deed), and the generation of the Title Deed created a person (The Person), and the Title Deed is the property of the registry, which is the property of the Australian Government (The State). The registry then issued a Birth Certificate, being a true copy of the Title Deed and not, as can plainly be seen by comparison between the Birth Deed and the Birth Certificate, a true copy of the Birth Deed: the Birth Deed is signed by my mother, the Birth Certificate by the Registrar. By the presentation of the Title Deed or derivatives by The Man, equitable joinder as a singular party between The Man and The Person is created. As such, The Man, through a lack of disclosure from The State, has been unwittingly acting as an agent of an entity that is the rightful property of the State. As I was unaware of this I incurred many liabilities binding to The Person and I hereby declare that, ab initio, all such liabilities are void and that this joinder between The Man and The Person was acquired through an act of extrinsic fraud described in the previous paragraph and thus all such liabilities are proven thereby to be invalid. By this declaration I assert that The Man and My Self are permanently joined, but at my discretion, for reasons of necessity, The Man may represent The Person and enjoy any needed benefits from The State until such time as the State declares that The Man may not do so. Furthermore, The Man is deemed by My Self to be its' sovereign property; any past assigment of allegiance of The Man to The State is withdrawn ab initio and all estate of My Self lawfully acquired or produced by the labor of The Man is sovereign property and can only be lawfully transferred via voluntary, informed consent of My Self.
