You all may be astonished to see the title. But, I can not get the better one than this title. Behind this, there is a recent story. Mrs. KK, F 86 years, got severe gastroenteritis and received antibiotics from a reputed allopath. Electrolyte imbalance was tried to correct with intravenous infusions. She felt worse and worse till she got ATN (Acute tubulous necrosis) due to severe hypotension. As Addisonian crises advances, she went into uremic comma due to acute renal failure.
