This is an agreement between (Customer) and Hagadone Hospitality Co. dba Hagadone Marine Group (HMG), located at 1000 S. Marina Drive, Coeur dAlene, Idaho 83814, phone 208-664-8274.

WOrK AUtHOriZAtiOn
Customer hereby authorizes repair work to be done as described in the Work Order, or subsequent Work or Change Orders, with the necessary materials and labor to be charged at regular prices. Customer may be moved by HMG for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at Customers sole risk. Customer agrees that HMG will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the boat or articles left in or on the boat in case of fire, theft, accidents or other causes beyond HMG control, and releases HMG for care, custody, and control after being notified boat is ready for pickup. Customer further warrants that vessel is insured.

finAnCiAl POliCy
All invoices, including insurance claims, MUST be paid in full before the boat leaves the yard or at the completion of the work. There will be no exceptions. If, by prior arrangement an invoice is mailed, it is due upon receipt and becomes past due 10 days after the date of invoice. Interest on unpaid invoices will accrue at 1.5% per month. An express possessory lien is granted on Customers boat to secure the amount of repairs thereto. If HMG is forced to take action for collection of any outstanding balance, Customer agrees to pay for all collection and/or attorney costs and fees. HMG accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover and Visa or MasterCard. Idaho sales tax will be charged at prevailing rates. Credit for the sales tax will be issued only after HMG is provided with a signed ST-101 Idaho Sales Tax Resale or Exemption certificate. Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Any limitation contained herein does not apply where prohibited by law. Boats left on the premises more than 14 days after written or verbal notification from HMG that work is completed on the boat will be charged a $5 per day storage fee. Parts, equipment, and other customer belongings that are not removed from the premises within 30 days of the invoice date will be discarded.
