Availability of Equipment

I would hope that Scott will be able to give us filming equipment such as cameras, lights, hopefully a Steadicam. Well ask Scott if its available, and make sure to book it at convenient times- since were currently planning to shoot at night, hopefully there wont be any conflicts with other groups.

Availability of Personnel

Its likely well need someone with experience using Adobe After Effects, to either teach us how to use the software, or possibly to do the post-production for us. Im personally quite interested in learning about video editing, so if we could find someone willing to help us learn the software, I would prefer that to having someone else handle post-production. Additionally, if were doing post-production ourselves, well have more control over the final outcome. I expect that the crew, and probably the actors will consist of people from our group. I could potentially see a need for extras, but at this point its hard to say. Again, we havent yet discussed a shooting schedule, or even finalised the concept for our game idea, so its difficult to say who will do what role, or if theyll be available for shooting.

Timescales for clearances Locations

Weve yet to finalise our plans for the advertisements, so were not entirely sure if well need any additional actors, or if well definitely use the locations were currently looking at.

Were currently planning to shoot inside the college, though if we find any other locations that would be more suitable, then we will need to recce them to ensure that theyre suitable for our advertisement. If theyre what were looking for, then well try and contact the owner of the building or land and secure permission to shoot there.
