MARCH WMU PROJECT UNDIES SUNDAYS
Dont Miss Your Chance to Bless and Be Blessed...The Needs are Many
Food For Friends T.C. Miller and WLBC are partnering together to start a Food for Friends program because, in our current economy, it is becoming increasingly difficult for families to make ends meet. Our church will help by providing 10 youngsters per week with nutritious foods/snacks to eat over the weekend. The food will be put in backpacks for the kids. We are asking for WLBC members to help by supplying the food for the backpacks. Please bring items to church and leave in the box marked TC Miller Food for Friends. You can contact Robin Hall, during the day, with any questions: 384-8949.
The entire month of March we will be collecting NEW underwear (adult or child sizes) for the Bland Ministry.
Bland Ministry Center is located amidst the rolling mountains of Appalachia. The centers goals are to meet the spiritual & physical needs of people in the region. They have four ministries to meet those needs: Food Distribution; Clothes Closet; Dental Care; and Construction Mission Teams.

Many times we are asked, Who is my deacon? To help you, we will list the Deacon of the Week and his list of families in the WLBC Bulletin ENewsletter. There will be a complete list posted on the bulletin board near the church office. This complete list is alphabetical by your last name. We hope this will help you know who your deacon is for the year. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the church office.

Spring Fever Four high school students afflicted with spring fever skipped their morning classes. After lunch, the boys told their teacher theyd had a flat tire. Much to the boys relief, the teacher smiled and said, Well, you missed a test, so take seats apart from one another and take out a piece of paper. Still smiling, she waited for them to sit down. Then she said, First question: Which tire was flat? Pray for Missionaries: The Knight Family (Japan) www.theknights.multiply.com
