1. Introduction

1.1Problem Statement To develop a software for generating team for evaluation of projects and seminars. Proposed system aims automating the existing system . Tracks the faculty availability and maintains their records in the database for further use. To evaluate students based on various criteria.

1.2Project Scope / Objective Can be use in colleges to allot faculty for evaluation in an organized way. Efficient way of organizing seminars and projects Notification for students and faculty.

2. Literature survey and summary of current state of art


Currently the allotment of faculty for evaluation is done manually and are prone to clashes. Requires more human effort and a lot of paper work. This software intends to minimize the manual work. All data are collected and processed separately which is time consuming.

1. LOGIN AND PASSWORD Admin Login The administrator is given a login id and password. The administrator can set the access rights for various levels of user. Faculty Login The faculty can signup and provide the registration details. On approval of the administrator the faculty will be able to login Student Login Student can enter their details and signup. Administrator Time table of the class Time table of faculty concerned. Time slot for each project/seminar. The time period during which the allotment has to be done. Faculty Name, department ,area of study(priority wise listing),mobile number,address. Student Student id, student name, age, area of study of project/seminar Documents related to project/seminar.

3. ALLOTMENT The allotment or the selection of a particular faculty for evaluation is based on the following criteria. Area of study By comparing the time table of class and faculty, a matching slot is found and allocated. The of no of projects/seminars that has to be evaluated by each faculty is maintained. In case of project evaluation the guide should be a member of the evaluation panel.

6. Implications of Research
The proposed project can be used as an additional feature in RSMS. It improves our knowledge on DBMS based projects, their working and their outcomes.

It enhances our skill in programming language.

7. Risks and Challenges

Some of the challenges that may be faced by software as follows: If the evaluation gets delayed, updation problem may occur. Fair distribution of project/ seminar among the faculties. Size of the files that can be uploaded cannot exceed beyond a limit.

Minimize the problems existing in allotting the faculties for the
evaluation of both projects and seminars. Fair and efficient allotment of faculty. Reduces the manual work to a great extent
