CORACS HOW?
To start working with Coracs, you have to conclude a contract and obtain an administrative account.

This is a primary account and is created after concluding the contract. Its main function is to create user groups and to assign passwords to hotels staff.

It allows entering and updating general information on your hotel, rooms, and conference facilities, as well as rates and special offers, particular rooms available for booking. It also handles confirmation of group bookings and conference services.

It monitors rooms availability, and also booking, check-in, billing and visa support processes.

It monitors payments, mutual settlements, accounting workflow, financial reports and documents upload/offload processes.

* Access to the user group Reception Manager is granted only to those using PMS Coracs.

The result of calculation is displayed in the tab net price. Automatic calculation of rooms value takes into account all input parameters (net/gross, vAT/excluding vAT, conditions for cancellation etc)

CORACS HOW?

A customer enters his request which is immediately displayed on interface of Reservation Department Manager. notice of the request is generated through e-mail and/or SMS (this function can be disabled). Time limit to reply is displayed on both Managers interface and the clients. Time for decision making on the Clients side is also limited and is displayed on both interfaces. The request is void in case of any side fails to stick to the time limit.
