Japanese society started to try creating new governing system like Europes one. They succeeded to make it, but still there were some problems in a constitution. In 1921, U.S. held Washington Congress that invited England, France, and Japan. Its purpose included stopping Japanese expanding in Asia. In this congress, they agreed on respecting Chinese borders. In 1931, Japanese military blew up Manchuria railroad and blamed China for its cause, then started military movements in Manchuria. Japanese cabinet opposed, but public opinion and the mass media were affected by war fever and supported it. Japanese government, Cabinet didn't control military affairs. So they couldnt stop this event and entire cabinet Tsuyoshi Inukai
He was a Japanese Prime who lived from 1855 to 1932. He worked as a leader of a movement to defend the Constitution and became a Japanese Minister in 1931, but he was killed by young naval ofcers when he was 72.

Then military occupied Manchuria and had Chinese Emperor making a declaration of Manchuria. U.S. didnt admit Japanese action and sent an investigating commission with Litton. English, as a leader by Chinese asking and Japanese suggestion. In 1933, League asked Japan to withdraw declaration of Manchuria based on commissions report, but Japan refused that and withdrew League of Nations. Gradually, Japan became to be isolated.
Sakichi Toyoda
He was a Japanese inventor who founded Toyota Industries Corp. He lived from 1867 to 1930. He left many legacies in Japanese textile industry and is called Japanese Thomas Edison. He died when he was 63 because of death that is unspecied.
After the Great War, by treaty of Versailles, Germany owed heavy punishments. It damaged its economics and injured Germans mind. At the end of war, a man named Adolf Hitler joined a right-wing group, and then he became its leader and called it Nazi. Their believe was to overturn the Treaty of Versailles. In 1923, Nazi attempted to seize Munich, but it failed and Hitler was sent to jail. In jail, he wrote Mein Kamph whose points were Germans were master race and needed more lebensraum.
In 1924, after he leaving prison, he revived the Nazi Party. At rst time, Germans didnt admit Nazi because of their radical ideas and they didnt want war because it was just after the war. But soon later, German faced serious inations and Great Depression from U.S. Both brought serious damage to German and gradually Germans mind was changed and started to support them. In 1932, Nazi became the largest political group and Hitler became chancellor in 1923. He arrested and murdered hundreds of his enemy and Germans were shocked
and felt fear of total obedience. In 1933, the Nazis passed laws depriving Jews of most of their rights and withdrew from League of Nations. He also took command of economy and the number of unemployed dropped from about 6 million to 1.5 million in 1936.
This political cartoon shows Japanese aggression. They didnt obey some treaties and pacts that they signed and promised, then destroyed them and didnt stop invading.
