Recruitment of Management Interns for Summer Project : 2012


Preface: In the field of management, a saying that goes is that Knowledge is the key for success which is true. But in the present times this statement may stand to be partially true, since now it is the applied knowledge which is the key to success. Since, to get the desired results one needs to be creative & skillful in applying the managerial effort. Thus we strongly believe that management is an art & better manager is a person who knows how to apply the knowledge in solving the problems, contributing to innovation, with the help of management. About the company: We are part of Transparent Group of Companies who are technology leaders working in the field of Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Superefficient Boilers & Heaters, Waste Water Recycling Plants, Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plants (AARP), Co-generation Systems, Pollution Control, Drying Plants & Noise Abatement Products etc. The company details have been mentioned in the Concise Note attached here with. The Process: We are looking for bright & dynamic management students who are not only technically & managerially strong but also have huge potential to become the future leaders at TESPL. Through this management trainee recruitment program for Summer Project, the company is looking for candidates with high caliber and those who can be absorbed for final recruitment later. Keeping this thought in mind, the following recruitment process has been derived upon: a. Receiving the applications / Resumes & short listing them on the basis of the company norms. Requirements: MBA/ PGDM with background of BE/Diploma: Mech / Chem/ Production, BSc. Physics.

All shortlisted applicants will be sent the said recruitment process along with the copy of Non Compete- Non Disclosure Agreement which is followed by the company by all its employees. ** A copy of the agreement is attached herewith. Only when candidates accept the said agreement to be signed at the time of joining as companys employee, the further selection process would be carried out. On successful selection as a management trainee, the candidate will have to sign an undertaking with the company which will state that, if considered for final selection for employment later, the candidate is willing to enter into an NCA- NDA agreement with the company. c. The selection process will comprise of the following: Written Technical Test based on engineering background. Group Discussions, if found necessary. Technical / Managerial interview by the V.P Sales & Marketing, along with the Chairman & the Director- Technical. d. Psychometric assessment. e. HR interview & final appointment for summer project. f. Signing of NDA agreement for the training duration & undertaking for NCA- NDA as mentioned above (b). Summer Project profile: Study of Company products as assigned. Carrying out market study for the same throughout India on allocated sectors basis Customer meets. Branding & promotional activities. Generating proper database.

** NOTE : The data base generated through the internship will be property of TESPL. Remuneration Offered: The Company will offer a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- to all the selected candidates. The outstation costs like travel, lodging, boarding, and local conveyance incurred during Summer Project will be paid extra to the candidates at actual basis.
