Ref: TESPL/ Policy Note/ HR/ Feb-2012 b. All shortlisted applicants will be sent the said recruitment process along with the copy of Non Compete- Non Disclosure Agreement which is followed by the company by all its employees. ** A copy of the agreement is attached herewith. Only when candidates accept the said agreement to be signed at the time of joining as companys employee, the further selection process would be carried out. On successful selection as a management trainee, the candidate will have to sign an undertaking with the company which will state that, if considered for final selection for employment later, the candidate is willing to enter into an NCA- NDA agreement with the company. c. The selection process will comprise of the following: Written Technical Test based on engineering background. Group Discussions, if found necessary. Technical / Managerial interview by the V.P Sales & Marketing, along with the Chairman & the Director- Technical. d. Psychometric assessment. e. HR interview & final appointment for summer project. f. Signing of NDA agreement for the training duration & undertaking for NCA- NDA as mentioned above (b). Summer Project profile: Study of Company products as assigned. Carrying out market study for the same throughout India on allocated sectors basis Customer meets. Branding & promotional activities. Generating proper database.
** NOTE : The data base generated through the internship will be property of TESPL. Remuneration Offered: The Company will offer a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- to all the selected candidates. The outstation costs like travel, lodging, boarding, and local conveyance incurred during Summer Project will be paid extra to the candidates at actual basis.
