Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/ Video Intercom System, etc. Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule commitments. Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects. To liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims. Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within projects budget. Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems. Conduct customer feedback survey upon completion of each project to gauge the quality of installation and customer experience. Ensure subcontractors on-site perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and instructions as appropriate. Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handling over to Maintenance Department. Ensure all the equipment for each project is duly accounted for and all relevant documentation is submitted to Finance for onward billing to customers. Respond to and manage customer feedback/ complaints and take corrective/ preventive action. Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress reports, forecasts, etc. Master Degree in any Engineering discipline from local recognised universities. At least 2 years of working experience with hands-on project execution and management experience. Excellent project and people management skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Good working knowledge on data networks, IP telephony. Must have good command of the English and Mandarin both spoken and written, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates. Based in Singapore for 2 years. Frequent travelling in the region is required, especially projects in China.
