Zeitgeist Capital is among the worlds largest private equity and venture capital firms with funds worth USD 90 billion under management The firm has built a portfolio of companies across nations and sectors including financial services, healthcare, information technology, real estate, pharmaceuticals , chemicals and logistics. The firm has now entered India and started a new fund Growth India Fund, with a focus on Indias pharmaceutical sector. The fund terms are as follows:

Target - Fund will only invest in companies with revenue of at least USD 50 million Duration - Average deployment to realization cycle of 5-6 years Fund Size - USD 2.5 billion

Problem Statement
The fund analysts have shortlisted four potential investment targets in the different segments of the pharmaceutical sector.
Zeitgeist Capital engages in a intensive and disciplined decision-making process prior to making an investment. Perform an in-depth comparative analysis of the given targets. Choose the best target and prepare a pitch presentation. Potential Targets: 1) FDC 2) Sharon Bio Med 3) Unichem Labs 4) Fresenius Kabi Oncology

Rules (1/2)
Teams have to submit their pitches in ppt/pptx format Presentation should have maximum 12 slides including the title slide. As additional 3 slides may be attached as an appendix. Excel workbook with valuation and other calculations should also be submitted The individual files should be named as Adhigrahan_College Name_Team Name and sent in a zip file with the same name Title slide should contain team name, college name and details (Email Id and Phone No.) of the team members All the data and information sources should be cited (as notes in the ppt) Any instance of plagiarism will lead to rejection of the entry

Rules (2/2)
Maximum two members per team All the members should be of the same college No student can be part of more than one team Five teams shall be shortlisted for on-campus round. An additional two teams shall be waitlisted. Shortlisted teams after round 1 should send their confirmation as per the given schedule, failing which waitlisted teams will be given the opportunity Shortlisted teams will be given an opportunity to modify their pitches after the first round
