NO-OX-ID "A-SPECIAL" is the best long term rust prevention coating ever developed. After World War I, NO-OXID was used as a military grease by the navy to put the majority of the naval fleet into "mothballs". The propulsion machinery was protected with NO-OX-ID military grease compounds they called cosmoline. All of the original 50 destroyers, sent to Great Britain prior to the United States entry into World War II, were protected with NO-OX-ID. When taken out of mothballs 20 years later, they were found to be in perfect condition. Last year, one gas company was putting in a larger line so they dug up the old line. They inspected the NO-OX-ID coated valves that were removed, and they were in perfect condition, 53 years after initial NO-OX-ID application. NOOX-ID rust proofing products penetrate so deeply into the metal's surface structure that rust generating water, oxygen and inorganic salts are sealed out. NO-OX-ID A-Special is a soft, wax based rust preventative and lubricant that contains an active rust inhibitor and small amount of solvent for ease of application. This corrosion resistant coating can be applied by spray or brush application. NO-OX-ID controls corrosion by leaving a thick, semi-transparent, non-drying barrier coating that retains its anti rust properties indefinitely.

NO-OX-ID "A-SPECIAL" is the electrical contact grease of choice in new electrical installations and maintenance because of its excellent performance in keeping metals free from corrosion. This rust preventitive has been used for over 50 years to preventing corrosion in electrical connectors from low micro-power electronics to high voltage switchgear. NO-OX-ID A-Special prevents the formation of oxides, sulfides and other corrosion deposits on copper and aluminum surfaces and conductors can be prevented with its use. ------------>>> Coast Guard experiences with NO-OX-ID. The 14th district has been using NO-OX-ID for the last 20 years. NO-OXID has been used to protect metal surfaces on the 1350 -ft(412m), 1000-ft(303m), 625 - ft. (191m) and 129-ft (39m) towers formerly part of the 14th U.S. Coast Guard District. The towers are located at Bataan and Naulo Point, Philippines. The towers are aluminum with galvanized connectors and require no color coating. The NO-OX-ID was applied to the galvanized connectors of the Bataan tower. The Naulo Point tower was completely coated with NO-OXID. An inspection of the Naulo Point tower found no evidence of corrosion. However, corrosion crust was evident on the uncoated metal surfaces of Bataan tower. The both towers are located in a very aggressive, tropical, marine environment. Use NO-OX-ID to prevent aluminum corrosion, iron corrosion for general all purpose marine corrosion control . A chemical plant engineer in the Lousianna bayou had a metal cyclone fence that had to be replace every couple of years due to the high humidity. He has used our product on his fence now for over 20 years and he has not replaced it since. Furthermore, he said company security people love the product because nobody wants to touch the product they have not been breaking in! How safe is NO-OX-ID A-Special? This corrosion protection product is NSF approved for drinking water tanks and USDA approved as a lubricant/rust proofing compound for meat & poultry plants. NO-OX-ID "A" is a heavy duty wax based rust preventative designed for hot application methods (160-180F). Upon cooling, the resultant corrosion resistant coating is amber colored, non-drying resistant to high humidity, salt spray, acid and alkali environments. This rust proofing product has been through long term corrosion studies of 3 years

humidity cabinet testing (no corrosion) testing 3 years salt spray (no corrosion) and is NSF approved. NO-OX-ID NG is a heavy duty rust preventive and lubricant which is RoHS compliant coating specifically designed to neutralize acid contaminents and provide barrier corrosion protection in extemely corrosive environments. NO-OX-ID NG incorporates a propietary dual cathodic/anodic inhibitor system that forms a stronger bond to iron and steel than water. The polar agents preferably "wet out" metal surfaces displacing any residiual moisture from the metal surfaces which results in superior corrosion performance. NO-OX-ID CM Casing Filler - This rust control product is a non-drying medium viscous oil type protective coating. This thixotropic rust preventatives is designed to be pumped at ambient temperature from the drum into the annular areas of between pipelines and the carrier pipe. Casing Filler also contains an extremely effective polar type corrosion inhibitor, which has a greater tendency than water to be absorbed on steel surfaces. Thus, Casing filler will preferentially wet both surfaces on the casing and carrier pipe completely displacing all moisture and/or water in the process and absorbing it. This antirust coating also prevents water from entering any filled spaces.

NO-OX-ID "E" - Non-solvent, non-drying viscous oil protective coating that uses a unique corrosion inhibitor system to prevent rust and lubricate metal connections. This anti rust coating is used to prevent rust and corrosion from forming on the inside of paint drying ovens which run at temperature up to 350 F. This barrier coating is also recommended for bar stock, as a chain and cable lubricant, dies, gears pump parts, rigging or where ever corrosion resistance and lubrication is desired. This product will block rust and is an excellent marine protective coating and marine lubricants.

NO-OX-ID "GG-2" is a corrosion resistant coating, anti-seize lubricant that is often used to protect irregular fittings from galvanic corrosion and as a pipe joint thread compound. Non-oxidizing, moisture resistant highly durable soft wax corrosion material that has a high dielectric strength and prevents cross threading, cracking, or metal pipes from corroding. This cold applied compound rust preventative pipe coating and antiseize lubricant is recommended for systems carrying air, steam, gas, ammonia, or water. The NO-OX-ID GG-2 advantages are: Contains no solvents perfect for VOC restricted areas. Does not contain toxic unsafe coal tars Requires no heating kettles no fire in ditch. No primer needed apply directly from can. Requires NO DRY TIME, can be backfilled immediately after coating and wrapping with NO-OX-ID Pipe Wrap. Lower labor costs! 6. Foolproof surface preparation is less critical than for mastic, coal tar or most other coatings chance of failure is nil. 7. NO-OX-ID Protective Pipe Wrap - is a flexible, dense covering which is highly resistant to moisture and soil penetration. NO-OX-ID Protective wrap consists of a wax impregnated fabric mesh, which is laminated to a high tensilee strength non-fibrous plastic membrane. This moisture proof shield easily forms around complex fittings for mechanical protection of the protective coating. Excellent protection of underground pipes can be achieved when used in combination with NO-OX-ID 6X (our hot applied wax coating), or NO-OX-ID GG-2 which is our cold applied wax coating. Either of these combinations will give a protective coating system that will last for many years both on underground installations and for the protection of industrial plant piping where corrosion action is prevalent or where conditions are severe. NO-OX-ID 6X is a black fairly tough, elastic, and rubbery wax type hot applied coating and is designed primarily for

application to underground pipe. This rust preventative coating has a melting point of approximately 160oF - 175oF and it will not cold flow. NO-OX-ID 6X provides a firm, flexible, and securely bonded insulation, which is always in contact with the metal.

NO-OX-ID "500" is a low odor solvent based rust preventative that leaves a brown, firm, highly corrosion resistant wax coatings that melts at over 300 F. For protection of finished and semi-finished metal parts and metal stock of all types. Protection is afforded for interplant domestic shipment or export shipment. Export shipment of parts should be boxed so that direct weather exposure is avoided. A cured film of NO-OX-ID 500 is dry to the touch. It can be abraded by hard object, but resists conventional handling by hands or gloves. Under average indoor storage conditions, protection is indefinite. Open outdoor exposure in excess of 10 years is expected for this corrosion resistant wax coating. NO-OX-ID "490" - This corrosion preventative protects precision bearings from rust metal, steel corrosion or staining. Imparts a long lasting, soft, almost colorless transparent and thin film compatible with mineral oil. NO-OX-ID products have no expiration date because they will not breakdown the way standard copper, clay, lithium soap and other oil base greases do. The effective chemical inhibitor system used in NO-OX-ID would destroy these jelled oil greases. So if your lubricant has an expiration date you did not use NO-OX-ID.
