How do you deal with e mergencies that interrupt your schedule?Time management is very important, to us e the time wisely to hit the target. For me,if there are emergencies, I should w ork double time for the missed work because of emergency,the important is to hit the target for that month. 3.Let s say you have just been named the head of a unit and you are meeting for th e first time with those who will be reporting to you.
