Acting as Project Controls Manager reporting directly to the Project Manager. Holding full responsibility for the project monitoring & controls activities through supervising and managing a team of professionals (Around 25 personals). The department duties can be summarized in defining the project controls guidelines and assuring the integrity between all project controls functions and tools. A detailed project controls procedures where developed defining the process, rules and basis in compliance with company policies and contract requirements. Holding full responsibility for the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and estimation in the bidding stage for EPC Oil & Gas pipeline/piping projects/clients such as GASCO, Arabian Power Company, ADCO, etc. Other Selected Responsibilities: 1- Preparation of bidding execution plans. 2- Estimating the direct and indirect cost for the execution of miscellaneous disciplines; pipeline, piping, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, instrument and civil. 3- Preparation of manpower and equipment project requirements and deployment plans 4- Preparation and review of tenders proposed schedule/plan and project control requirements. 5- Preparation of Technical and commercials bids 6- Preparation of budget and tender summary files after the award 7- Gathering all commercial/technical information from the VENDORS/Sub-Contractors and preparation of Commercial/technical comparison sheets.

Reporting to the project control manager, holding full responsibility for the control and coordination of a multi-site locations and discipline activities during project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, as well as all VENDORS tasks ensuring all the requisites of engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance tests and start up activities are accomplished with full compliance with the project schedule and AGREEMENT. All tasks were managed and controlled by a dedicated software management systems that used to control the scheduled activities and progress cumulative and earned values. ICAP software were utilized to control and monitor the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements through project phases starting by engineering phases till hand-over to client; and in accordance to the OPERCOM methodology which applies to piping & pipeline erection, pressure test packs, pressure transmitter and gauges calibrations, temperature elements calibration, valve actuators, pig signalers, gas meter skids testing along with filtration and pressure reduction skids, RTU/SCADA, OTN network functionality, CCTV, UPS, fire protection system, 11kv systems, building electromechanical services and fire and gas system operation. Other Selected Responsibilities: 1- Coordinating and following up punch list clearance with the VENDORS, construction team, commissioning team and CLIENT. 2- Certifying/approving systems/sub-systems upon the completion of work and handing over to the client through the preparation of Mechanical completion/RFC dossiers (Ready for Commissioning), RFSU dossiers (Ready for Start-Up), PSSR (Pre-Start Up safety Review) and PT (Performance Test) processes. 3- Chair inter company certification meeting and actively representing CCIC in CLIENT quality, certification meetings, commissioning, construction, project closing out, Provisional Acceptance and final documentation handing over. 4- Periodically reporting to the project manager and control manager the key company accomplishments and foreseen requirements and problems 5- Advise the commissioning manager on possible deviations/alternative methodologies to perform commissioning tasks 2 OF 4

Held full responsibilities of electrical and instrumentation inspections which includes: non-process building services, outdoor lighting, 11KV distribution system, HV/LV transformer, fire alarm system, fire hydrant, fire suppression system, HV/MV/LV switchboard, MCC, UPS, Duct Banks, Cables pulling and Termination which includes all type of cables (HV, MV, LV, instrument, fiber optic, telecommunication), Instrument installation and calibration. Other Selected Responsibilities: 1- Design the fire protection system which includes fire alarm and detection system, fire suppression system using CO2 gas and fire hydrant & hose reel network. 2- Lead the Discussions and following up with Authority having Jurisdiction (Jordanian Civil Defense) to gain their approval for all safety and fire protection requirements (Architectural, electrical and mechanical). 3- Design of underground GRP piping network (Dia. 50 up to 3000) including detail pipe spools arrangements and installation reflected on the pipe profile drawings which was prepared using AutoCAD. 4- Coordination of all external services installation assuring no conflicts between services which includes: Potable water Network, Industrial Water Network, Fire Fighting Network, Duct Banks, GRP pipe network, SS hot air Network, Surface Drainage, Irrigation System, Process Drain Network, Sewage Drain Network, Biosolids Network, etc. 5- Leading and advising site engineers for the installation of external services in sequence to avoid repetition of work and installation conflicts.

I played major rule in during the construction of the factory responsible for the installation of the pharmaceutical machines. Follow up the installation of buildings services as a client representative for: BMS, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Public Address, CCTV, PABX, Electrical Generator, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Lighting etc. Upon the completion of the factory I was responsible for operating Control Room using Honeywell BMS, maintaining MCC using PLC, HVAC, Generator, Water treatment plant (softener, RO and de-ionizing unit), Preparation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for both production and utilities machines and preparing the Maintenance Control Schedule (Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance).
