and repudiation oI the Sunnah and the Book? You have tidings oI what you hate and
we like. It is the time to cut your head with the weapons. The dawn oI the Dawah has
loomed and there is no beneIit with you except with the struggle.

You want to put out the light oI Allah with their mouths, and Allah will not consent
save to perIect His light, though the apostates are averse, though the unbelievers are
averse.
I swear to Allah who will not Iail His promise that the aid Ior the jihad is continuous
and its march is unceasing, InshaAllah, and we wont be dissuaded by the KuIr oI the
apostates or the Iailure oI the abandoners or the Fatawas oI the worthless Murji'ah.
Since Allah have Iavored us on the blessed Wednesday by the hands oI the sincere
mujahidin to strike you in the depth your homes. Allah have Iavored us to pluck your
heads in many locations. The International Police in Dar El Beda, and the Judiciary
Police in Bab Ezzouar and the governmental palace and the ministry oI interior in
Algiers, and the Special Forces in Reghaa and Darganah and your dogs in
Boumerdes and Bejaa, and the Americans in Draria.
As Ior your dog oI the Rum BouteIlika, the mujahidin have prepared Ior you the
equipment and ammunition, and they have spread in all the land to break the charge
oI the stubborn KuIIar and destroy the KuIr and corruption.
And this is my message, I write it with my heart beIore my pen. I write aware oI what
Im writing. A message to the murabitin and mujahidin. Be sincere to Allah in your
jihad and strikes. I swear by Allah that your are on the Irontline, and you have
inIuriated the KuIr with your steadIastness and have deIeated the attack oI the people
oI arrogance.

are waiting Ior your support, aid and Dua. You are the people oI the wars who were
raised in it and were suckled Irom its milk and are accustomed to its touch and are
Iamiliar to its practices.
O people oI El-Harrach people oI zeal, revival and support, O people oI manhood
and championship and the heroes oI Boroba and the sons oI Arabism, O knights oI
Oran and patrons oI Al-Rahman, O men oI the Saharah and the shining ground and
green earth, O chieIs oI knowing the prophetic tradition and transmitting oI traditions
oI Bejaa. This is my message to you, rise like one man and rush to support your
religion and deIend your honors and sanctities and keep yourselI in the trench oI the
mujahidin, or I swear by Allah iI the paths oI jihad in Algeria were closed and its
wind became weak the Sharia oI Allah will never be implemented in this land except
iI Allah wants something else.

(Marwan Bodinah) who drove his car Iirmly to the Hubal oI our era, the
governmental palace, and inIlicted more than 50 dead. I swear by Allah iI I was asked
to give intercession to you I would do so, and iI I was asked to give testiIy Ior you I
would do so, and what has been said about him is lie and Ialse. I swear by Allah that
he instructed to what is good and Iorbade what is evil, and he was a worshiper and did
night prayers. The earth hasnt carried and the skies havent shaded like Muadh ibn
Jabal. He was the courageous and Iearless lion. As Ior his devotion to his parents,
who saw is better than who speaks, and inspection is not like hearing the story, so Ieel
Iree to talk, he was merciIul and clement, merciIul to his parents, especially his
mother, and the progress cannot be stopped by the criticisms oI scoundrels.
Allah Akbar, and to Allah belongs the might and to His Messenger and to the
