With entry of several international and local players, there is intense competition in the watch industry as well as a transformation of the retail sector. Competency requirements: y Effective Communication skills To handle the communication flow between the management and trade unions, also guide the trainees effectively during training sessions. Leadership skills To effectively manage teams and motivate them and also take initiative in certain projects Decision making capabilities To take ownership of projects at the implementation level.
