Humans need are varieties, they need clothes, vehicles, electronics, gadgets etc. Especially they always need to fulfill their daily needs for food. Nowadays humans dont want to waste time for making heavy meal to fill their needs. They choose to buy fast food or snacks, either buy those at stores or make a phone call for delivery services. The main reason is theres not much time to eat, because it took plenty of time to prepare those foods. For that reason, instant food will be preferable because its simple and easy to prepare. For Indonesian people, instant product with regular taste wont be consumed unless those have plenty of taste that origin from Indonesian traditional food. In order to this condition, the need is a product which can fulfill daily food for Indonesian people, and easy to prepared and consume. This product will decrease time needed to erase their hunger. The idea is a product simple, easy to consume and contain traditional taste of Indonesian food. The first idea is fast meal; fast meal could contain plenty of taste that made from meat and traditional recipe. The fixed should contain a fixed substrate of traditional taste that could be made with boiled water or fried in a short period of time. The second idea is meal broth; its a liquid flavor that has traditional Indonesian seasoning. It should release the taste of traditional food when it mixed with boiled water. From both ideas, the second idea is preferred. Why? The first idea seems will have short period of expired and couldnt be distribute for a long distance. Whether the first idea will have more varieties of taste and will satisfy costumers, the first idea give brighter prospect. The broth of the second idea could

release the taste of traditional food while mixed with boiled water but the traditional taste will be ruined while the temperature of water is too high.

II. Fast Meal

A. Product Description
We came from the problem nowadays, Indonesian people want to have traditional food for lunch or just for eat. But there is no much time for buying and cooking original Indonesian recipe. Especially to eat some meal with traditional seasoning, just like original homemade meal. Fast meal is dried meat with some seasoning that has traditional flavor of Indonesian food. Fast meal is made from meat with traditional recipe. Fast meal is warped with plastic pack and also warped in a cup. The plastic pack contains fast meal picture at the front side and ingredients, nutrition component and also the process to make fast meal at the back side of the pack. The cup contains fast meal picture at the upper side and the process, ingredients, and nutrition component around the cup. Colorful package, provocation pictures and motivating quote will decorate our product. Fast meal product is contain with meat pieces with unique shape, such as heart shape, bone shape, diamond shape etc and seasoning oil that could satisfy costumer with its traditional recipe.

Fast meal will satisfy the costumers with its unique trend of taste, from original of Indonesian food, such as rendang padang, soto Madura and another type of fast meal, such as black pepper, barbeque and many more.

Our customers want product with natural ingredients, they dont want to eat something made from unknown ingredients. Fast meal will have unique shape to make our costumer interested while eat them, with special recipe of our seasoning; fast meal will have smell that reminds our costumer of their neighborhood. Food authorities of our product must be hygiene, sterile, and no-toxic, for ensure that our product is clean from unknown material and save to eat, we also will join the food safety program. The food safety program includes all process of our development, especially our raw material process. Fast meal is prepared only in few minutes, with some easy steps. Those steps dont need to be prepared with complex equipments; we just need some bowl, water and stove or microwave to make it perfectly cooked.
C.Development Scheme The process of getting the idea until the product development is through the following steps below. 1. Idea finding By looking at the needs of the consumers for tasty food with instant process, especially for meat, an idea of making a fast meal product which consists of various natural ingredients mixed with tender meat comes. 2. Defining the product To make the product, we need to combine various natural ingredients to make various traditional recipes. 3. Product design 5

The products design just almost the same with the design of an instant noodle product. The different of fast meal is contain of meat with traditional taste which give more feature of the product (1) Fast prepared food

To attract the consumers in marketing, refill project is included. The first time of buying, they will also get the refill, although the price of the product will be much higher. The next time of buying, when they only need the refill, they can buy it separately from the main item. The refill consists of the ink for the ballpoint, which is already in tube, and liquid for the correction pen. But the main item/product will have to be bought with the refill just like the first time of buying. 2. Process design The product is made by combining the spare part/component from each manufacture. The ink for the ballpoint, liquid for the correction pen, pencil leads, tube for ink and pencils lead, eraser, and case for main item, are supplied from different manufactures and made into one item in the center factory. The more details on the process of making will be explained in the next section. D. Propose simple production plant design
