Consequently,anycitationsmustbepostedforthreeworkingdaysoruntiltheviolationis corrected,andmustbeatorneartheplacewhereeachviolationoccurred. TheOSHActprohibitsemploymentretaliationagainstanemployeewhocomplainstoan employer,andincertaincircumstances,anemployeemayrefusetoworkunderseriously threateninghealthorsafetyconditions.TheActuniformlygivesworkerstherighttoseeksafe andhealthfulconditionsonthejobwithoutbeingdisciplinedorfired.
