The Sport(s) with which each is associated

The sports in which are associated in the gym are weightlifting, Yoga, Zumba, Street Dance and various Martial Arts. Operating a Wing Chung class, which is a well established class led by Sifu Karl Stanley, Chief Instructor of the UK Wing Chung Academy. Also, Krav Maga is a fast growing self defence martial art which is operating from Phase One.

Organisational Aims

The aim is to continue upgrading equipment and classes while continuing to offer their friendly expert services and making sure their members are heading in the right direction.

Target Groups

Phase one targets a range of people starting from the age of 5-19 upwards.

Standards of Facilities and Services

The facilities provided at the gym are a weightlifting gym, halls for street dance, kickboxing and the other cardiovascular sports.

Pricing Structure

Off peak membership Use of all facilities any time except 4-9.30pm weekdays. 12 months: 28 monthly 290 Pay in full 6 months: 30 monthly 170 Pay in full Yoga - free for members (and only 5 for non members) with no booking required.
