The R.K. Readymix manufactured readymix concrete by using computerized systems. It use different seven raw materials to make the quality concrete, like black sand, white sand, 10 mm down, 20 mm down, fly ash, water, add mixture, and cement. The company started the business in May 2007.In the May 2010 it complete three years successfully.

INTRODUCTION
Readymix concrete is a ready to use concrete blend of cementations materials, aggregates & some time fiber reinforcement. Such unhardened building material produced by mixing a binder i.e. cement with aggregates i.e. gravel & sand, water & admixtures, specifically manufactured for delivery to the customers construction site in a freshly mixed and plastic or unhardened state. Ready mix concrete is brought and sold by volume usually in cubic meters. Ready mix concrete can be custom made to suit different applications. R.K. Transportation of RMC to site is done in a transit mixer with revolving mixer to keep the mass within from solidifying.

1. Method of Production :

For the production of the concrete we have use eight different kinds of raw materials such as Black sand, White sand, 10mm down, 20mm down, Cement, Fly ash, Water and Chemical mixture. Above all row materials are load into one mixture and then mixer mix those all elements for few seconds. After it mix it automatically discharge from mixer to truck in the revolving mixer and supply at site.

R.K.Readymix Concrete Inc. adopted dual sales system as direct sales to customer or sales through agents. Most volume of sales at our plant is done directly and reporting of the same is done on the basis of invoices issued to our customer.
1. Record of Customer Base : Before issuing quotation to each customer, all needed billing information

with contacts been registered in our system to generate account code for customer. That account code will be used in all further transactions for base of accounting. List of our valued customer base can be found in our company profile.

We provide two types of services include Pumping of concrete and Lab testing of concrete. Pumping services it required by our customer is optional while lab testing services provided free of cost to all our customers to ensure quality of concrete at desired target days.

1. Pricing : Price of our product is fully depending on price of all raw materials available

in market. Every month we revised our rates according to market rates. Long term price fixing is not possible due to fluctuation. Current price can be access by visiting our websites all the time.
1. Order Processing System :

We follow below steps to execute order for supply of concrete :

Site visit to check feasibility of placing concrete.

Meeting with consulted engineers, architects and contractors to discuss technical aspects and their requirements. Issue Quotation from our side. Issue purchase order from customer.
Schedule of concrete supply. 1. Collection of Receivables : All customers are required to deposit full payment in advance on

check/demand draft/check at our site to executive supply on scheduling dates. Customer can deposit payment directly in our bank account as per information given in quotation.
