Our recruitment process is rigorous, quick, and efficient. The workflow and timing are as follows:

STAKEHOLDER

ACTION Upon receipt of the requirement verifies that 1) the assigned Recruiter understands every aspect of it 2) that it is written in such a way that potential candidates both understand and are attracted to it. Polishes and Posts requirement to 4 major Job Boards. Posting process is fully automated and integrated with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Develops screening questionnaire for Recruiter (soft/hard skills required, years of experience in each, situational / scenario based questions, etc.) Conducts Recruiting Roundtable with local team regarding potentially qualified candidates in our existing network. Search Strings are crafted. Sources our ATS for any qualified candidates that have been screened recently for current / previous requirements. Sources Job Boards for any qualified candidates. Candidate contact (email / vmail) and qualification rounds. Submittal Roundtable to determine best fits out of all candidates screened and qualified by recruiter. Formats Resume in Addastaff format, prepares write up / justification based on screening questionnaire developed by Account Manager. Submits Candidate(s) to Account Manager. Proofs and Submits Candidate(s) to Addastaff Customer
