Programme Overview

Speaker Profile
Dr. Lim Peng Soon is an Associate Consultant with the Singapore Institute of Management. His area of specialties is in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives in team development, leadership development, and change and transition management. Peng Soon brings with him about 29 years of experience in human resource development. He has worked with senior business leaders in both the public and private sectors in the ASEAN countries, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Taipei, Hawaii, Macau, Hong Kong, Pakistan, and Ghana. Prior to his consultancy practice in 1997, Peng Soons corporate career saw him holding senior appointments in human resource development in the banking, manufacturing, and services industries. Peng Soon holds a doctoral degree in education and human development, specializing in organizational change, from The George Washington University (USA), and a Masters in Human Resource Development from the same university. He is the recipient of the 2004 Ralph Upson Stone Award from The George Washington University for the best doctoral student entering the dissertation phase of the doctoral studies who possesses academic excellence, and who represents and actualizes the self-less development of others.
