Banglalink (Compensation & Benefits Associate)


Major Responsibilities: Help to carry out Total Remuneration Administration through Payroll Software and different Benefit/Allowance Systems and ensure their accurate on-time payment; Act as a team member to implement Benefit Projects and Activities as per Benefit & Activity Calendar; Assist in accurately preparing and utilizing Compensation & Benefit budget as per Compensation & Benefit Budget KPIs; Optimally handle the Medical and Life Insurance Coverage Plans; Coordinate the joining process for the newly joined employees from Compensation & Benefits' end; Maintain multiple data bases for Employee Benefits and Allowances and act as the One-Stop Centre in providing necessary information to the stakeholders.

Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor in Business Administration from a reputed University. Required Experience: 6 months to 1 year relevant experience is required. Required Competencies: Business Knowledge: Have basic understanding about HR Policies and Procedures of the organization along with the C&B Policies; Deliverables: Have basic knowledge and understanding about C&B deliverables; Strategic Contribution: Have basic knowledge and understanding of Strategic Contribution in C&B; Technologies: Have an overview of HR Technology; Personal Credibility: Demonstrate positive attitude towards work and keen aptitude to act with reliability, initiate and drive.

Job Description: Coordinate recruitment, selection and placement of employees to meet the human resource requirement of the company Ensure compensation and benefits of the employees on time working with the accounts department Organize and conduct orientation meetings, team building and various HR development trainings and activities Help develop and disseminate organizational HR policies and procedures and ensure its compliance Support the employees in various HR functions such as, leave management, time reporting and HR policy compliance Maintain and administer the Human Resource Management System Prepare reports and any other HR related task assigned by the management Help draft employee evaluation reports and coordinate the evaluation process Fluency in English due to working in multicultural teams internally and externally Administration, procurement and office management.
