Activities Team
- Responsible for planning and organizing all the major activities in KEY centers. - Responsible for designing the screening processes of the participants. - Responsible for evaluating and motivating the crew members. - Constructing and updating the database system in cooperation with the other teams, including database of participants and applicants. - Assessing the performance of the applicants inside the assessment center. - Participate in Designing the documentation system for all needed forms (monitoring and evaluation- attendance sheet participants evaluationetc.). - Organizing employment fairs in cooperation with Public relations team.
Trainings Team
- Responsible for providing KEY with all the trainings needed for the participants. - Ensures the high quality of the training throughout the continuous evaluation of the trainers, and the participants. - Seeking Educational Sponsors and Academic Partners. - Designing the trainings diplomas and tracks including: * Determining the number of diplomas. * Determining the different levels of diplomas. * Determining the trainings and the appropriate sequence of the trainings inside each diploma. * Choosing the appropriate starting date for each diploma. * Setting the selection criteria for each diploma and the appropriate number of participants in each diploma. - Participates in designing the Screening Process (assessment center, PST, etc.) in cooperation with the activities team. - Assigning the applicants to the appropriate diplomas and tracks according to their score in the screening process. - Designing evaluation forms in cooperation with the Activities team to assess the trainers, and the participants. - Keeping databases of all participants and applicants.
