AS PER RASOOL S.A.

W THE BEST TREATMENT IS/ARE

1. AL MUWADDATAIN ( SURAH FALAQ AND SURAH AL - NAS) 2. SURAH FATIHA ( As per hadith) 3. REPENTING FOR ONE S SINS FROM ALLAH THEN IN SHA ALLAH, Allah will REMOVE THE STRESS ( there are tons and tons of duas from quran nd sunah for this purpose. Ibn taymiyah r.h used to seek forgiveness a 100 times if he was not able to understand one verse or one hadith) 4. SOME OTHER DUAS FOR STRESS/SICKNESS/ANXIETY TAUGHT BY RASOOL S.A.W NOTE : THE BEST METHOD TO PRAY OR SUPPLICATE OR INVOKE ALLAH IS BY STARTING WITH A) PRAISES OF ALLAH, e.g -> ayatul kursi, sana ( d one we say at the beginning of the prayer) Laa ilaa ha illallahu wahdahu laa sharika Lahu lahlku mulku wahuwa ala kulli shayin qadeer and etc.. B) thn DUROOD E IBRAHIM and then one may begin invoking Allah.

During the time of the sahabis, A sahabi used to recite a dua once and Allah used to heal them from their very big problems. One of the main reasons for this was their HEARTS FILLED WITH FAITH AND BELIEF .. in today s world we lack this. There is a saying by rasool s.a.w the interpretation of it is that he said Do not abuse or harm my companions, for By Allah if anyone of you does deeds equal to Mount Uhud, it will not be equal to the dust spent by the foot of my companions

So when we Invoke allah or make dua to supplicate to Him, we should be patient, and have faith that he is listening for he is called as BIZATIS SUDOOR ( KNOWER OF THE HEARTS )

May Allah heal you and Entire Muslim Ummah . Aaamen

SOME WORLDLY MEDICINE IN THE LIGHT OF QURAN AND SUNNAH

HONEY
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 16 Surah Nahl verses 68-69: 68 69 And thy Lord inspired the bee to build its houses in hills, on trees, and in (men's) habitations; Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their (the bees) bodies a drink (honey) of varying colors, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Honey is composed of sugars like glucose and fructose and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, iron and phosphate. It contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and pollen. Besides the above, copper, iodine, and zinc exist in it in small quantities. Several kinds of hormones are also present in it. It also has different phytochemicals--chemicals found in plants and different foods--that kill viruses, bacteria, and fungus. Honey has and can be used to treat allergies, sensitive skin, sore throats, wound dressing, stomach-aches, dehydration, diarrhea, as a natural anti-septic, ulcers, burns, etc. Other benefits of honey are known to include: Easily digested: Because sugar molecules in honey can convert into other sugars (e.g. fructose to glucose), honey is easily digested by the most sensitive stomachs, despite its high acid content. It helps kidneys and intestines to function better. Good source of antioxidants: It plays a big role in the prevention of cancer as well as heart disease. Has a low calorie level: Another quality of honey is that, when it is compared with the same amount of sugar, it gives 40% less calories to the body. Although it gives great energy to the body, it does not add weight. Rapidly diffuses through the blood: When accompanied by mild water, honey diffuses into the bloodstream in seven minutes. Its free sugar molecules make the brain function better since the brain is the largest consumer of sugar, thus, reduces fatigue. Supports blood formation: Honey provides an important part of the energy needed by the body for blood formation. In addition, it helps in cleansing the blood. It has some positive effects in regulating and facilitating blood circulation. It also functions as a protection against capillary problems and arteriosclerosis.

Does not accommodate bacteria: This bactericide (bacteria-killing) property of honey is named "the inhibition effect". Experiments conducted on honey show that its bactericide properties increase twofold when diluted with water.

Eat cumin seeds for every illness

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.591 Narrated by Khalid bin Sad We went out and Ghalib bin Abjar was accompanying us. He fell ill on the way and when we arrived at Medina he was still sick. Ibn Abi 'Atiq came to visit him and said to us, "Treat him with black cumin. Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet (saws) saying, 'This black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha asked 'What is As-Sam?' He (the Prophet (saws)) replied 'Death.'

ALSO
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.592 Narrated by Abu Huraira I heard Allah's Messenger (saws) saying, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death."

CONCLUSION

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verses 155-157: 155 Be sure We shall test you with something of fear and hunger some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil) but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere. Who say when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah we belong and to Him is our return."
