This removes guesswork and allows me to generate accurate customised budgets and Masterlists. Tailored to suit each new hotel project or hotel brand. System contains millions of formulas and coefficients. Developed through work on over 100 projects. FF&E and OS&E detailed definition of scope. 40 lists by hotel department detailing over 3000 items. Pictures and features of core OS&E. Item codes by product, department & bid package. Quantities and budget prices for each item. Budget summary. My "One Stop Shop Quotation Service" removes this challenge from the client allowing them to concentrate on other project related matters. Process The process starts with me preparing your preliminary Budget and Equipment (OS&E) Budget Listing for you to review. I then provide ONE quotation and Masterlist for all the operating equipment. I will arrange brochures and samples for the client. After the order has been approved and placed I will coordinate shipments and prepare delivery schedules. In addition, I will ensure that the suppliers provide an efficient after sales service. Alternatively the client may wish me to act as their purchasing agent to purchase the Equipment from alternative suppliers.

This simple service works by giving clients online access to their own secure webpage. Owners, operators and others involved all have their own separate portal. They are able to review reports such as preliminary budgets, masterlist schedules, bid and budget analysis, presentation of equipment and details of negotiations with any potential suppliers.
