Responsibilities:

o Prepared routing and work center for new projects.

o o o Estimation of material and manpower based on trial series of a new project. Held production meetings daily together with production concerned departments to review the production status, planning achievement, big abnormality, urgent shipments, targets, etc. Active representative of the production team for preparing the preventive and corrective action reports for External and Internal audits and also responsible for framing the Procedures related to TL 9000 certification.

o Control the overall production process to produce a Quality product at the lowest cost by
reducing the defective rate, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality maintenance). o o Improving the production process and Productivity by using tools like Line of Balance Yield analysis etc. Calculated the capacity to each workshop to identify the bottle neck capacity and arrange Production based on the capacity.

Made monthly PAR (Planning Achievement Rate), CAR (Capacity Achievement Rate), and Machine and Manpower utilization reports. Also acted as material controller responsible for preparing the monthly inventory report, thus controlling the defect rate, WIP (Work In Progress status) and FG.

In addition to the above role, also acted as a Production Engineer which comprises the following: Arrange the production plan. Ensuring the capacity achievement rate is more than 98% improved the efficiency and capacity of the equipment through Daily, Weekly and Monthly Preventive maintenance Managed all activities related to ESD Management.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT TOOLS: Have Excellent Knowledge in effectively using the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), For Production Process management starting from order creation to OQC approval for Finished Goods. Other control using the MES System is as follows. 1. Line of Balance. 2. Stock details and Material Price details. 3. Standard time (Lead times of a Product in Production line)

This is achieved by performing priority based load shedding and reactive power compensation.
