I re-negotiated most of our vendor contracts to longer commitments for deeper discounts. I was assigned to a large billing audit that uncovered more than $ 400,000 that our company was being over-billed for. I was nominated for the Circle of Excellence in 2002. I was also responsible for local number portability and to making sure numbers were ported in a timely manner. I am a member of the National Emergency Numbering Association. (NENA) Received All Stars award of uncovering an additional $400,000 in over billing in 2002.
