JOB OBJECTIVE To apply for any position available, where sixteen years dynamic experience in Sales and in Marketing of Fast-growing consumer products (EDI) Emperador Distillers Inc., will add to organizations success.

PRESENT JOB DESCRIPTION: My position reports directly to Vice President for Sales and Operation. As Regional Sales Manager, Im tasked to achieve all Company goals and objectives in my assigned region through (a) implementation of programs, policies, and procedures as well as (b) recommending plans of actions intends to undertake based on (1) thorough knowledge of my region identified priority areas/territories and specific marketing support needed in each and (2) effective deployment of personnel. The key areas of my duties and responsibilities are: A. Sales and Distribution of all brands and SKUs 1. Sales/Volume Quota To established and issued (monthly, quarterly, annually) for each sales territory/area in my assigned region. 2. Distribution To ensure widest product distribution/placement in my region to ensure product availability at all times. a. Regular and extensive coverage To develop my methodology to ensure that all sales personnel in my area endeavor to regular and extensive cover all outlets/customers in our region. 3. Monitoring of Operation a. Itineraries To have advance information as to the intended schedule of activities of i. Area Sales Manager ii. Route Sales Supervisor iii. Route Salesman to ensure that they are all geared towards extensive and regular coverage of customers and sales personnel as the case may be. b. Back-Checking To conduct back-checking of activities of all KAS and ASM to gain first hand information on their effectiveness and take action on all findings either with prior consultation with Management or my own volition using my best judgment based on applicable Company policies and procedures. B. Product Merchandising and Promotion 1. Product Merchandising - To have random but regular store checks to ensure that all Company products/brands are merchandised according to standards given. a. Prudent use and care for POS, posters, streamers and similar collaterals must be implemented. 2. Promotional Activities To ensure that all Marketing activities, programs, and events that will be undertaken are properly implemented at all levels and territories/areas in my region strictly following established guidelines and policies.

a. Monitoring of such activities/events and programs shall be undertaken properly and provide the Management with necessary feed-back and recommendation. b. As Regional Sales Manager, I should recommend marketing support that will respond to the challenge in my region or any territory therein to ensure achievement of maximum market potential of each towards achievement of the over all potential of my region. C. Personnel Management The principle of command responsibility applies to my position as I tasked with leading, guiding, motivating, monitoring, and when necessary, training the sales team in my region. 1. Periodic Evaluation To undertake evaluation of Area Sales Manager, Key Accounts Specialist and Route Sales Supervisor review and discuss personnel evaluation prepared by Area Sales Manager and Route Sales Supervisor of their respective teams. a. As Regional Sales Manager, to endeavor to personally know each and every member of the sales team in my region down to the Route Salesmen level as this knowledge can greatly aid in all situations pertaining effective and efficient management of personnel. 2. Training and Guidance - To undertake training of sales personnel in my region as the need arises and at all times lend guidance in their operations. 3. Motivation To sustain high-morale of my team. 4. Monitoring of Operation - To closely monitor the conduct of operations of my sales team to ensure that they adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times. 5. Interpersonal Relations To undertake my duties with the abiding principle of respect and camaraderie towards each and everyone. a. Not, in any way seek nor receive personal favors from my team as doing so will undermine my moral ascendancy to lead and place my position in jeopardy. D. Finance a. Customer Accounts To ensure that customer accounts in my region are effectively managed which translates to prompt payment of outstanding balance/s and adherence to applicable Company policy on credit management/limit. 1. Customer Visit- To routinely visit customers/dealers to foster goodwill and take the occasion to discuss business- to motivate to order and pay outstanding account promptly. 2. FOB Salesman- To have regular meeting to discuss, among other things, customers accountspurchases and outstanding balances. b. Sales Personnel Accounts To monitor the accountabilities of sales personnel in the region. To scrutinize ERs being submitted by ASM, RSS and KAS to ensure that expenses incurred are in accordance with applicable policies submitted and reimbursed on time. Further to this, regular operation of sales personnel must not be impaired for lack of funds for reasons of negligence and/or abuse. c. Borrowing/Lending Money Explicitly prohibited from borrowing money from those lower in rank. Lending money to subordinates may be permitted under meritorious circumstances. As a general rule, the practice of borrowing/lending money is not permissible. Shall not, at any time, seek personal favor from customers especially when money matter is concerned. d. Accountabilities To see that all accountabilities are similarly well-managed to maintain high leadership standard. E. Customer Relation 1. To foster goodwill with customers/dealers in the region and should therefore endeavor to personally know each and everyone of them so would know how to best handle Company business with them.

2. Integrity To observe integrity and sincerity in dealing and to refrain from making promises outside Company policies and could therefore not be delivered and result in strained business. 3. Concerns of Customers To be able to know and respond to concerns of customers for them to appreciate our after sales service. 4. Personal Favors Should neither solicit nor receive personal favors from customers as this can similarly compromise the reputation of the Company. F. Administrative Functions 1. Reports Requirements These are reports that summarize the activities for a given period of time daily, weekly, and monthly, namely : Itinerary, Trip Report, Expense Report, etc which must be submitted on schedule for unhampered conduct of operation. 2. Information Gathering To gather pertinent, accurate, and timely information regarding competitive activities, trade developments, sales operation, concerns, and other matter that needs response from Management. 3. Regular and Special Meetings Required to attend regular meetings in the region and at the Head Office as scheduled or as may be required. 4. Other Task To undertake such other tasks that may be assigned by Management in furtherance of its goals and objectives. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for SOUTH LUZON DISTRIBUTOR (July 01, 2011 Present) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Tasked with achieving all Company set goals, plans and objectives in South Luzon Island Distributor through implementing of all agreed programs, policies and procedures set by both parties under legitimate contract. Responsible in recommending plans of action to be taken based on thorough knowledge of the territory and identifying priority areas and apply specific marketing support needed in each areas an effective deployment of personnel.
