Providing him with an array of generally useful knowledge b. Harnessing his potential to use his knowledge in practical application c. Helping him to become flexible in applying this useful knowledge to a variety of problems that can be addressed d. Enhancing his productivity through continuing education III. The context of human development Component 1 That man is both the means and the end of development. Component 2 That industrialization is basically an effective and efficient inputoutput system. Component 3 That the nature of the workplace and the design of the work in organizations engage in industrialization have a profound influence of human development. Component 4 That the benefit/frustrations experienced by human beings as members of organizations involved in industrialization.
