Company Information
UCE was founded due to the explosive demand in Cellular Engineering resources in 1998. UCE started the business by providing RF engineering resources to equipment vendors in China from 1998 to 2002. Starting from 2003, UCE has changed the operation from resources provider to turn-key service provider in Network Design, Optimization and Installation UCE Headquartered office is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with the capital paid up of MYR2million. The company has been registered with CIDB G7 and ISO9001 2008 certification. g UCE has 7 other active regional offices in Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam to support the current on-going project in APAC Region.

Huawei DIGI 3G Optimization Ph1 and Ph2 Project (Dec 2009 Now) UCE was chosen by Huawei for Digi 3G Phase 1 (250 sites) and phase 2 (300 Outside KV sites) projects to perform 2G and 3G drive test, IBC walk test, cluster and zone optimization. UCE d lk l d started with 5 drive testing teams and eventually ramped up to more than 10 drive testing teams with tools to perform the 2G benchmarking, 3G SSV and cluster testing in KV, Penang and KK regions during the project peak period. g g p j p p While working on the Phase 1 cluster and zone drive testing, UCE further ramped up the resources to perform the SSV and cluster optimization for the phase 2 projects. Due to our technical competence, UCE also further awarded the phase 1 competence zone optimization project. UCE is having over 35 engineers working on the DIGI project. Huawei Celcom 3G Optimization Ph2 and Ph3 Project (July 2007 Now)
UCE was performing 3G Optimization Phase 2 and Phase 3 for Celcom 3G Network through Huawei Malaysia in Northern Region. The Scopes include SSV Optimization, SSO Optimization and Antenna Riggering for 550 in Perlis Kedah Penang and Perak Perlis, Kedah, Perak. UCE has provided 1 Team Leader, 1 Engineer and 2 Drivetest Team. UCE supported Huawei Celcom 3G project since 2006 for drive test and rigger only, and have delivered about 400 sites by 2008.

UCE was awarded for full turnkey Transmission Design Project for Packet WiMax Project. The project started in February 2008 and completed in Feb 2010. The total site is 380. The Scope includes performing Technical Survey Study Path Loss Design Link 380 Survey, Loss, Topology, LOS verification and Capacity Planning UCE has provided 4 Senior Engineers and 6 Engineers to perform the whole scope.
