How It Works
Custom Designs
1. To order a custom design, you would simply go to www.tiffanykameni.com and click on the tab labeled, 'Seals and Logos.' From there, you would click on the 'Custom Order Form,' fill out the form, and pay the required 50% deposit. 2. Afterward, you just wait. 3. If you wish, you can give the designer (Tiffany Kameni) a call to verify that the money was received. Or she will call you to let you know that the money has been received and when to expect your completed design for review. and the design should begin within 24 hours. 4. After the design is ready for review, the sample is placed on www.tiffanykameni.com for your review. If you are happy with the finished piece, you simply pay the balance from the site and the files will be emailed to you within 1-24 hours. If you require a revision, you would simply fill out the short revision request form on the site. And the process starts again. That's it!

How It Works
Graphics Purchased From the Seal and Logo Store
1. Go to the Seal and Logo Store tab on the site. 2. From there, shop each page for the one that speaks to you. 3. Once you find the logo, seal or crest, click 'Add to Cart.' 4. Click on 'Shopping Cart' in the navigation window and review your item. 5. Click 'Checkout' and you will be led to Paypal to complete the transaction. 6. After you have paid for your graphic, come back to the site and click on 'Submit Text' and submit the text that you'd like on the graphic. 7. Wait. 8. Usually within 1-24 hours, you will get the finished piece via email. 9. Finished piece is taken from the store and will never be sold again. However, the completed work will be displayed in our portfolio.

The sets are two logos, however, if client requires a revision on each or both pieces, each piece is considered one revision. Therefore, for example, if the client orders Package 1 and requests a revision on both seal and logo, one item will be revised freely and there will be a $99 charge for the second piece. Nevertheless, if client orders, for example, Package 2 and requests a revision on both seal and logo, once the revision has been completed, client will still have one revision left, but that one revision would only cover one piece, either the seal or the logo. Question 1: What's the difference between a seal and a logo and can the logos be used as seals and vice versa? Answer: A logo is usually for a business or ministry, a seal is usually for a person. There are some seals and logos that can be used as both; a seal and/or a logo, but there are some logos that cannot pass for seals. Seals are usually round, ovular, marquise, diamond shaped, or square. As an individual, your seal does not have to be uniform to anyone else's. All seals can be used as logos, but some logos can be used as seals. Question 2: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I saw a seal/logo that I like, but it was the wrong color. Can we change the color or images on the ones in the store? Answer: The colors can not be changed without rebuilding the seal, which is $149. Depending on the location of the image, some images can be changed, but most cannot. Again, if the seal has to be rebuilt, the price is what is marked in the store, in addition to a custom design fee of $149. Question 3: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I see a few I like, but I want to see what my name looks like on them. Will you do that for me? Answer: No. You have to choose the one you'd like and after it's paid for, I will put your name on it. Question 4: I want a custom one, but I want it identical to one you have in the store. I figured it would be less expensive to just order one very similar to what is up. Answer: I do not copy any of my work or anyone else's. Either way, if I created something very similar, I would have to remove the seal that I'm copying out of the store and into the trash. I can get an 'idea' of the style you like, but it will have to be completely different from the other seal. Question 5: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I see one that I really like! But, I get paid next week. Can you hold it for me? Answer: To hold a seal or a logo, you will have to pay a $25 non refundable deposit. Yes, this will be deducted from the total cost of the seal/logo, however, should you change your mind about getting that particular seal or logo, you will not be refunded. Question 6: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I really like a particular seal or logo, but I don't have enough to get it (or) I don't have any money for it. Will you sow this into my ministry. The LORD will bless you! Answer: No. Question 7: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I see a logo/seal that I really like, but there isn't enough room for all the text that I want on it. How can this work out? I really want that logo/seal. Answer: No worries! I can add a ribbon, banner or ring to support the additional text.

Question 8: Are these seals exclusive to my ministry or do you sell them multiple times? Answer: Each seal is exclusive to the buyer. After you've purchased it, it will never be sold again.... Question 9: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) There is a seal/logo in this collection, but it has a symbol/wording on it that I don't know the meaning of. Can you explain each symbol or word on your seals? Answer: Smile, child of GOD...I don't use demonic symbols. I research every symbol used....If you see a seal or logo that you're interested in, but you have a question about the symbol or wording on it, please contact me and provide me the seal number and the page you found that seal on. And I'll be glad to explain it to you and send you informational links about the symbol or wording..but, remember, in all things, be prayerful. So, if you're not sure, pray about it. Question 10: Do you offer discounts? Answer: Discounts are only available on orders of 10 or more. Question 11: Can you design it first and let me see it before I pay? Answer: No. The store was created so shoppers can see a design and purchase it. But, custom designs require a 50% deposit to be paid before the design begins. Question 12: I have friends in ministry. Can I give them your number? Answer: Indeed. Question 13: (This question for items readily made, sold in store.) I bought a seal/logo from the store, but now, I see another one on your site that I would prefer to have. Can I exchange it? Answer: No. Once the completed graphic has been sent to you, you cannot exchange it since I cannot guarantee that you won't use the graphic, which means, I could never resell it since I guarantee exclusive buys to all my customers. Question 14: Can I call you and place the order over the phone? Answer: For store buys, yes. For custom designs, there is an additional $20 fee for orders placed via phone. Question 15: I bought a seal from you a couple of years ago, but I am no longer with that ministry. I am purchasing another seal from you for my own ministry, however, I didn't want to discard the other one, so I offered it to a friend. Is there any way you can remove the original text and place his name and ministerial information and if so, how much will you charge me? Answer: If I still have your blank file (store buy items only), I can change the text. If your design was custom created, it may have to be recreated. For store buys, the charge is just $40 to add his/her text, but for items that have to be recreated, the price is whatever the current custom build fee is.
