1). Roof Insulations 30 kg/m3., EPS slabs, thickness 2). External Wall Insulations 40 PIR panels, 3). Partition Wall Insulations 40 PIR panels, 4). Floor Insulations 30 EPS slabs 5). Connections 35 PUR spray foam 6). Water Proofing 2 layers of Acrylate 1). Roof Insulations:

1. All roof insulations to be installed on top (externally) of the steel structures on top of a corrugated polyester-coated trapezium profiled steel plate, which will be supplied and installed by the steel structure contractor, either directly on the roof beams or additional purlins. 2. The expanded polystyrene (EPS) slabs in one thickness and the longest possible length need to have a so-called tongue and groove system along the long sides of the slabs which allows for a mechanical fixing by means of a customized galvanized mounting bracket directly screwed on to the corrugated profile plate with stainless steel screw system. 3. The bud (short) sides of the slabs to be left open with a cap of 25 mm. which will be in-situ sprayed with PUR for half of the thickness after a strip of EPS has been put in to prevent the spray foam from going under the EPS slabs. 4. After installing the roof insulations a 25-mm. spray foam will be applied with no joints or seams as one layer. 5. Directly over the 25 mm. spray foam, 2 layers of spray Acrilate with a combined thickness of 1 mm. will be applied as the final waterproofing. Together with the spray foam, these layers will form the essential vapor barriers. 6. After installation of the roof and external wall insulation, an EPS parapet (gutter) will be applied in a color chosen by the client. Mounting as specified by the supplier. 2). External Wall Panel Insulations: 1. External wall panels to be mounted horizontally on the external side of the columns from center to center with the same brackets as the roof insulations and to be shot on the flanges of the columns. 2. Long sides of the panels are manufactured with a tongue and groove system for air-tight connection, whereas the bud (short) sides will be separated by a gap of 25 mm. likewise the roof insulations for filling with a PUR strip and 25 mm. spray foam. 3. All these caps have to be covered externally by way of a flashing, matching with the parapet. 4. All connections with the roof-; vertical corners and floor insulations by means of PUR spray foam. 5. All sliding-; high speed- and dock board doorframes and other holes to be corrected by means of PUR spray foams.

6. All insulation panels on the external (warm) sides to provide polyurethane mastic in the joints to secure the vapor barriers for the freezer rooms and on both sides for the chiller rooms to secure the vapor barriers and the impact of humidity. 3). Internal Partition Wall Panel Insulations: 1. Internal Partition wall panel insulations to be installed horizontal direction in between both sides of the vertical steel columns or in vertical direction if there are no columns designed. Panels have to be reinforced for ridged stability in vertical direction. At the roof connection the corrugated profiled steel plate has to be left open for connection with the roof insulation by means of spray foam. All partition panel connections on both sides have to be provided with polyurethane mastic to secure the vapor barriers on both sides as the various rooms might have different temperatures. Panel tongue and groove systems should not have any paper or polyethylene remainders from the manufacturing method as this affects the condensation-flow created by the dew point in the panels. All door frames, holes, etc., by means of PUR spray foam. //

4). Floor Insulations: 1. All floor insulations by means of EPS slabs in 2 layers of the total thickness, so 2 x 100 mm for Terminal 1 and 2 x 75 mm. for Terminal 2, air-tight installed. 2. These slabs will be manufactured without any groove system at all, but the two layers to install in a staggered way so no transmission of cold air can go through. 3. To install the floor insulations in 2 equal layers is to increase the loading barrier of the total floor construction. 4. All connections with the in- and external wall panels, as well as the hard wooden blocks under the steel columns, to be sprayed with spray foam. 5. Once the steel structure has been erected, the floor insulations can be installed in combination with one (1) wall panel, so the concrete floating floors can be poured. 6. /// 5). Connections: All insulation connections, other than the tongue and groove connections, to be sprayed with PUR in-situ spray foam in order to control the expansion coefficients of the total facility. 6). Water Proofing: 2 layers of Acrylate Politex or equal in a total thickness of 1 mm. directly to be sprayed on top of the 25 mm. PUR spray foam. Special attention has to be paid at the parapet (gutters) connections.

Water proofing concern all temperature- and atmosphere controlled facilities and not the other buildings which require different water proofing.
